في هذا البحث تمت دراسة احد نماذج العمليات  العشوائيه التصادفية وهو احد نماذج   le'vyمعتمدين على مايسمى بالحركه البراونيه ذي الأحداثيات الجزئية Brownia subordinate. اذ تم الاعتماد على ما يسمى بأنموذج معكوس كاوس الطبيعي  Normal Inverse Gassian (NIG اذ يهدف هذا البحث الى تقدير معالم ذلك الأنموذج بأستعمال طريقتي العزوم والأمكان الأعظم , ومن ثم توظيف تلك المقدرات للمعالم في دراسة عوائد الأسهم وتقييم اصول التسعير للمصرف المتحد ومصر

The research aims to:

1. Show the effect of corporate governance on the quality performance of certified public accountants through establish the concept and principles of corporate governance and the concepts, importance, standards of quality auditing.
2. Forming a proposed framework for quality performance of certified public accountants under the corporate governance, which show the concepts objectives, principles, standards, and constraints of the proposed framework.

The research in one aspect of it based on the study of theoretical background which re which relate to the subject beside the global experiments and opinions of the specialists

   لا يخفى على كلّ طالب علمٍ أنَّ العمل على نشر العلم الشرعي من أقرب القربات إلى رب العباد والأرض والسموات وخاصةً فيما لو تعلّق الأمرُ بعلم أصول الدين وتوحيدِ الله وردّ الشبهات التي تتعلق بقدم المادّة وعناصرها التي كانَ لها الأثر السلبي في تهافت عقول الفلاسفة الإيليين ومحقُ إيمانهم قولاً واعتقادا .

This research deals with the rhetoric purposes of the passive voice in the holy Quran. First, we put an introductory to the concept of the Quran language and its difference of the spoken Arabic language during the revelation period. Besides; we gave a brief about the structure passive voice form of Arabic language. Second, we explained the purposes of passive voice used in the holly Quran with sufficient examples, commentaries and clarifications about all the cases.
