The study was conducted at the fields of the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening,College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad during the growing seasons of 2013- 2014 .forPerformance of Evaluation Vegetative growth and yield traits and estimate some important geneticparameter on seven selected breed of tomato which (S1-S7 ) Pure line. the results found significantdifferences between breeds in all study trails except clusters flowering number .S1 significantly plantlength which reached 227.3 .Also S1,S2 and S4 were significantly increased the number fruit for plant,Fruit weight Increased in S3 ,S6 and plant yield. Increased in S1, S4 ,S5. Genetic variation valueswere low in Floral clusters , TSS and fruit firmest and medium in Stem diameter . and high in therest of traits .Percentage of inheritance in the broad sense was height ,in all traits except Floral clustersand fruit firmest 8.41%, 33.10% respectively and the environmental variation was higher than geneticvariation in this two traits. while phenotype variation values were low in TSS and fruit ferment andhigh in the rest of the study traits. Analysis Hierarchical clustering showed the Average convergencebreeds S3 and S6 also between S2 and S4 While diverged between S1, S5, S7.

The diagnosis of periodontal diseases mainly relies upon assessment of conventional clinical parameters. However, these parameters reflect past, rather than current, clinical status or future disease progression and, likely, outcome of periodontal treatment. The aim of this novel native study was to determine the microbial contamination of broken and cracked imported commercial table egg in Baghdad markets and its economic effect. A total of 21510 commercial chicken table eggs were checked and surveyed from retail markets in different popular regions of Baghdad city during a year period from January 3rd to December 28th of 2018 and its microbial contamination were studied. In this reaction, excess solution of NaOH was used to ensure the reaction being irreversible. Three parameters were varied to show their effects on the reaction rate .They are: percentage excess of NaOH solution (10 % - 100 %) , temperature (100-150)oC , and stirring speed (400-1100) rpm. It was noticed that increasing the percentage excess of NaOH solution enhances the rate of reaction while increasing temperature decreases the reaction rate since it is exothermic reaction. This paper performance for preparation and identification of six new complexes of a number of transition metals Cr (lII), Mn (I1), Fe (l), Co (II), Ni (I1), Cu (Il) with: N - (3,4,5-Trimethoxy phenyl-N - benzoyl Thiourea (TMPBT) as a bidentet ligand. The prepared complexes have been characterized, identified on the basis of elemental analysis (C.H.N), atomic absorption, molar conductivity, molar-ratio ,pH effect study, I. Rand UV spectra studies. The complexes have the structural formula ML2X3 for Cr (III), Fe (III), and ML2X2 for Mn (II), Ni (II), and MLX2 for Co (Il) , Cu (Il).
Mixed ligand complexes of bivalent metal ions, viz; M= Fe(II),Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd (II), and Hg(II) of the composition Na2[M (Amox)(Sac)3] in 1:1:3 molar ratio, (where Amox = Amoxicillin tryhydrate (C16H19N3O5S.H2O) and Sac = Saccharine(C7H5NO3S) have been synthesized and characterized by repeated melting point determination, Solubility, Molar conductivity, determination the percentage of the metal in the complexes by flame(AAS), FT-IR, magnetic susceptibility measurements and electronic spectral data. The ligands and their metal complexes have been screened for their biological activity against selected microbial strains (gram +ve) and (gram -ve).
