In this work Nano crystalline (Cu2S) thin films pure and doped 3% Al with a thickness of 400±20 nm was precipitated by thermic steaming technicality on glass substrate beneath a vacuum of ~ 2 × 10− 6 mbar at R.T to survey the influence of doping and annealing after doping at 573 K for one hour on its structural, electrical and visual properties. Structural properties of these movies are attainment using X-ray variation (XRD) which showed Cu2S phase with polycrystalline in nature and forming hexagonal temple ,with the distinguish trend along the (220) grade, varying crystallites size from (42.1-62.06) nm after doping and annealing. Distribution of light intensity in the flat photobioreactor for microalgae cultivation as a step design for production of bio-renewable energy was addressed in the current study. Five sizes of bioreactors with specific distances from the main light source were adopted as independent variables in experiential design model. The results showed that the bioreactor’s location according to the light source, determines the nature of light intensity distribution in the reactor body. However, the cross-section area plays an important role in determining the suitable location of reactor to achieve required light homogeneity. This area could change even the expected response of the light passing through the reactor if Beer-Lambert's law is adopted.

The concentrations of natural radionuclides in sediment samples from various locations along the stream of the Tigris riverbank in the Medical city in Bab Al- Muadham, Baghdad, had been examined using NaI(Tl) detector. The mean concentrations of specific activity for ²³⁸U, ²³²Th, ⁴⁰K and ¹³⁷Cs for sediments of the river was 13.5±4.6, 35.2±3.1, 272.2±21.4 and 1.5±0.35 Bq/kg  respectively. The findings revealed  that the concentration values of natural radionuclides and cesium were below permitted limits. Background: Although uncommon, diseases of the male breast engender a tremendous emotional response. Fortunately, most diseases present with a mass and are easily detected. Unlike the female breast, only ducts but no lobules are present.
Objectives: The aim of this descriptive study is to present the clinical, pathological and ultrasonographic features of different breast lesions amongst males.
Patients & methods: Data obtained from 93 male patients with breast disorders collected between the first of January 2008 to the end of December 2009 and based on clinical examination were done in surgical wards in Baghdad teaching hospital and the main referral training centre for early detection of breast tumors.

We have used snakes successfully for segmentation, in  which  user-imposed  constraint forces guide the snake near features of interest (anatomical structures).
