Fast New Method for Estimation of Captopril in Pure and Pharmaceutical Preparation by Reaction with Ammonium Ce (IV) Sulfate in Acid Medium

The determination of captopril (CAP) using a new continuous flow injection analysis (CFIA) method was given in this work CAP in its pure state and some of its pharmaceutical preparations. The technique can be described as simple, fast, sensitive, easy to operate, and low-cost. The CAP reacted with ammonium ceric(IV) sulfate (ACS)2(NH4 )2SO4Ce(SO4)2. 3 H2O in an acidic medium and the reaction led to the formation of a white, slightly yellowish precipitate. The formed precipitate was studied using Ayah 6S×1-ST-2D Solar cell-CFI Analyzer, a through the reflection of accident light on the surfaces of the precipitate particles at (0-1800), expressed as the response

Theoretical and Experimental Evaluation of Particle size Effect of Iron , Cobalt ,and Nickel Powders Suspended in Al Dura oil on XRF Intensities

Iron , Cobalt , and Nickel powders with different particle sizes were subjected to sieving and He-Ne laser system to determine the particle size . 1wt% from each powders was blended carefully with 99wt% from Iraqi oil . Microscopic examination were carried for all samples to reveal the particle size distribution . A Siemens type SRS sequential wavelength dispersive(WDS) X-ray spectrometer was used to analyze all samples , and the XRF intensity were determined experimentally and theoretically for all suspended samples , Good agreement between theoretical and experimental results were found .

The public's reliance on satellite channels to get information about human rights issues

The research aimed to study the role that the media play in shaping the public knowledge of human rights issues among the people of Kirkuk, which will be the focus of the study. The research was conducted by applying a survey panel to a random sample of the city's audience. The research dealt with the theoretical aspect of a theory that relied on the media, and the loans provided by the theory, on the basis of which the research was conducted and the research problem was determined based on a major question: What is the role that the mass media play in developing the knowledge of members of the public on human rights and the relationship between the intensity of view in that, as well as the identification of the effect of two variables G

Proposed Speech Analyses Method Using the Multiwavelet Transform

Speech is the first invented way of communication that human used age before the invention of writing. In this paper, proposed method for speech analyses to extract features by using multiwavelet Transform (Repeated Row Preprocessing). The proposed system depends on the Euclidian differences of the coefficients of the multiwavelet Transform to determine the beast features of speech recognition. Each sample value in the reference file is computed by taking the average value of four samples for the same data (four speakers for the same phoneme). The result of the input data to every frame value in the reference file using the Euclidian distance to determine the frame with the minimum distance is said to be the "Best Match". Simulatio

Application of Kass' Snake in Medical Images Segmentation

A   snake   is   an   energy-minimizing   spline   guided   by   external

constraint forces and influenced by image forces that pull it toward features such as lines and edges. Snakes are active contour models: they lock onto nearby edges, localizing them accurately. Snakes provide a unified account of a number of visual problems, including detection of edges, lines, and motion tracking. We have used snakes successfully for segmentation, in  which  user-imposed  constraint forces guide the snake near features of interest (anatomical structures). Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) data set and Ultrasound images are used for our experiments.

Image Classification Using Bag of Visual Words (BoVW)

In this paper two main stages for image classification has been presented. Training stage consists of collecting images of interest, and apply BOVW on these images (features extraction and description using SIFT, and vocabulary generation), while testing stage classifies a new unlabeled image using nearest neighbor classification method for features descriptor. Supervised bag of visual words gives good result that are present clearly in the experimental part where unlabeled images are classified although small number of images are used in the training process.

Smoothing of Image using adaptive Lowpass Spatial Filtering

Lowpass spatial filters are adopted to match the noise statistics of the degradation seeking
good quality smoothed images. This study imply different size and shape of smoothing
windows. The study shows that using a window square frame shape gives good quality
smoothing and at the same time preserving a certain level of high frequency components in
comparsion with standard smoothing filters.

Comparison of Wavelet Transform Filters Using Image Compression

The wavelet transform has become a useful computational tool for a variety of signal and image processing applications.

The aim of this paper is to present the comparative study of various wavelet filters. Eleven different wavelet filters (Haar, Mallat, Symlets, Integer, Conflict, Daubechi 1, Daubechi 2, Daubechi 4, Daubechi 7, Daubechi 12 and Daubechi 20) are used to compress seven true color images of 256x256 as a samples. Image quality, parameters such as peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), normalized mean square error have been used to evaluate the performance of wavelet filters.

In our work PSNR is used as a measure of accuracy performanc
