Background: The thyroid gland, a vital endocrine organ, the thyroid gland synthesizes and secretes hormones, such as triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), and calcitonin. The pineal gland produces and releases melatonin, which is stimulated in the dark and suppressed in the presence of light. Objectives: This study aimed to assess how melatonin influences adult male rats’ thyroid performance. Methods: Eighteen adults male Wistar albino rats (Rattus norvegicus) (approximately 12-14 weeks old and weighing 220±10 g) were randomly divided into three groups, each containing six rats, and were treated for 30 days as follows: The control group (A) received distilled water (DW). The A1 group received 10 mg/kg body weight (B.W.) of melatonin orally daily, and the A2 group received 20 mg/kg B.W. of melatonin orally daily for 30 days. At the end of the study, blood was drawn by cardiac puncture, and serum was collected to assess thyroid hormone levels: T3, T4, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), and total antioxidant capacity (TAC).Results: T3 levels increased dramatically in the A2 group, whereas T4 and TSH levels remained constant. On the other hand, there was a significant increase in TAC in the A1 groups compared with the control and A2-treated groups. The histological section of the thyroid glands revealed the normal histological structure of the thyroid in the A1 group compared to the A2 group. Besides, the figures of the thyroid gland in the A2 group showed severe vascular degeneration and necrosis of thyroid follicles. Conclusion: Treatment with melatonin at higher doses may influence thyroid hormone regulation, highlighting its potential physiological effects, while melatonin at a dose of 10 mg/kg plays a key role in regulating thyroid functions and enhancing antioxidant status.

Which is the rule thiourea and related compounds a fundamental rule in preparation fall within the range of drugs of anti-thyroid activity (Antithyroid Drug ) , this drug prevents the thyroid hormone production against excessive activity of the thyroid gland .That the formation of iodine is important for their impact on hormone secretion thyroid , the two types, thyroxin or T4 is the main hormone ,Triiodothyronine or T3, and these hormones released by hormone regulator called (TSH) . The morphological description and histological structure of the Gallbladder in the local chicken Gallus gallus domesticus found in the form of a cystic, spindle or pear-shaped, dark green color, located within the visceral abdominal side of the right lobe of the liver, histologically it was found that its wall consisted of three tunicae. The first tunica is mucosa which consists of an epithelial lining layer and lamina propria layer, while the muscularis mucosa was missing. The second tunica is musclaris, which is composed of smooth circularly arranged muscle fibers, and the third tunica is serosa o

A total of 74 student selected between age 18-23 years old were included in this study, nasal swabs collected and subjected to many diagnostic standard bacteriological identification methods. Culture, colonial morphology, Gram stain, mannitol fermentation, coagulase ,gelatinasetest, DNAase, MR/VP and antimicrobial susceptibility test was performed on tryptic soy agar by modified Kirby-Bauer muller hinton disc diffusion method and the result show that out of 74 nasal swabs,67(90.5%) were MRSA positive isolates, 21(31.4%) of them were mannitol ferment and 46(68.6%) non mannitol fermenter, am

T2 was treated with 45 mg/kg B.W of allicin dissolved in 1 ml of D.W daily and injected with a single dose of sodium citrate buffer (0.5ml Intra-Peritoneal IP), DM was induced in T1 and T2 by injection of a single dose of streptozotocin 50 mg/kg B.W IP, T1 was assigned as a positive control, T3 received 45 mg/kg B.W. of allicin dissolved in 1 ml D.W. every day, and a single dose of sodium citrate buffer was injected (0.5ml IP). Culturally or socially, and between the mechanisms of selecting and operating the elements and units of the graphic and design achievement. On this basis, the role of context in graphic design can be studied.

Most of the equations in classical methods are linear equations and finding analytical solutions to such equations is very difficult. Some estimators are inefficient because of problems in solving these equations. In this paper, we will estimate the survival function of censored data by using one of the most important artificial intelligence algorithms that is called the genetic algorithm to get optimal estimates for parameters Weibull distribution with two parameters. This leads to optimal estimates of the survival function. The genetic algorithm is employed in the method of moment, the least squares method and the weighted
