أهمية البحث اعداد تدريبات الهيت في تطوير القوة الانفجارية وفقا لمؤشر معدل النبض التي تتطلب تكيف الأداء البدني للوصول إلى كفاءة عالية لدى لاعبي الريشة الطائرة. يهدف البحث اعداد تدريبات الهيت في تطوير القوة الانفجارية وفقا لمؤشر معدل النبض لدى لاعبي الريشة الطائرة وكانت مشكلة البحث إن تنوع لأساليب التدريبية واختلاف تأثيراتها يجعلان لاعبي الريشة الطائرة بحاجة إلى إعداد بدني يتناسب مع إمكانياتهم وقدراتهم البدنية ، ومن خلال خبرة الباحث الميدانية لاحظ وجود هبوط في مستوى الاداء اثناء اللعب حيث ارتى الباحث الوقوف عن هذا الهبوط والوقوف على نقاط الضعف الواضحة من القوة العضلية مع تكيف مؤشر معدل النبض التي لم يأخذ دوره وحجمه الحقيقين في عملية التدريب ضمن البرنامج المعدة من قبل المدربين وبأساليبها المختلفة مما ولد ضعفا وتأثيرا في مستوى الأداء لذا ارتأى الباحث دراسة هذه المشكلة للوصول الى نتائج إيجابية حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي لملائمته طبيعة البحث. مجالات البحث هي المجال البشري لاعبي نادي المحاويل للموسم الرياضي 2024. والمجال الزماني المدة من السبت الموافق بتاريخ 6/1 /2024 الى يوم السبت الموافق بتاريخ 9/ 3 /2024. والمجال المكاني: القاعة الرياضية في النادي المذكور وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث من لاعبي الريشة الطائرة لفئة الشباب للموسم الرياضي2024 وبعدد 12 لاعب، واختيرت منهم عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية (ن= 10) والتي مثلت نسبة مئوية قدرها (83.33%) وقسمت العينة الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة (ن = 5 لكل مجموعة)، وكانت اجراءات التجانس والتكافؤ للعينة كما تبين في الجدولين 1، 2 اظهرت نتائج تحليل البيانات الإحصائية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في الاختبارات البعدية وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في متغيرات البحث لصالح المجموعة التجريبية ، ويرى الباحث إن سبب التطور في نتائج الاختبارين البدنيين للذراعين والرجلين وتكيف معدل النبض في المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار البعدي إلى فاعلية البرنامج المعد باستخدام تدريبات الهيت الذي عمل على تطوير القوة الانفجارية لعضلات الطرفين العلوي والسفلي واظهرت النتائج الى تفوق ملحوظ بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لتدريبات الهيت في تطوير القوة الانفجارية للمجموعة التجريبية ولصالح القياس البعدي أوصى الباحث الاهتمام بتدريبات الهيت في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية لدى لاعبي الريشة الطائرة. يخدم البحث الهدف 3 من اهداف التنمية المستدامة (ضمان حياة صحية وتعزيز الرفاهية للجميع في جميع الأعمار). وهذا ما يحقق احد اهداف التنمية المستدامة للامم المتحدة في العراق (الصحة الجيدة).

Background: Many countries recommend the use of long-acting reversible contraceptive intrauterine device immediately after cesarean delivery. Today the trend is to perform software development work via distributed geographical area among team

there is a need to implement a global virtual teams. The global virtual team members are gradually engaged in globalized business environments across space

time and organizational boundaries via information and communication technologies. A global virtual team relies on communication

and information exchange are the most important criteria in global virtual teams’ operations. The purpose of this paper is to answer two research questions. The first research question is to identify the factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance. A systematic literature review was conducted to answer the first research question. The second research question is on what the rank of the factor affecting the global virtual teams’ performance according to their level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. Online survey was conducted within 103 developers and IT managers from eight IT companies to answer the second research question. The current study investigated the impact of nonionic surfactant span 80 in the existence of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles on the emulsification of mixture of kerosene as petroleum based organic solvents and corn oil as a green diluent in the ratio 1:1

A Comparative Study of the Right and Left Carotid Arteries in Relation to Age for Patients With Diabetes and Hypertension

Introduction: Age

and diabetes can cause significant alterations in arterial structure and function

including changes in lumen diameter (LD)

intimal-medial thickness (IMT)

flow velocities

and arterial compliance. These are also considered risk markers of atherosclerosis and cerebrovascular disease. A difference between right and left carotid artery blood flow and IMT has been reported by some researchers

and a difference in the incidence of nonlacunar stroke has been reported between the right and left brain hemispheres. The aim of this study was to determine whether there are differences between the right and left common carotid arteries and internal carotid arteries in patients with hypertension and diabetes for 2 age groups. Methods: We studied 250 patients with both diabetes and hypertension. Patients were divided into 2 age groups with the old age group being 56 to 75 years and the young age group 35 to 55 years. The bilateral common carotid and internal carotid arteries were evaluated with B-mode ultrasound and Doppler examinations. The LD and IMT were measured for both common carotid arteries

and spectral waveform parameters and indices were recorded for both internal carotid arteries. Results: The difference in LD between the left and right common carotid arteries for the old age group was 11.64% and for the young age group was 6.42%

with significant P values of <.05 for both age groups. The difference in IMT between the left and right common carotid arteries was 18.27% in the old age group compared with 15.38% in the young age group

with significant P values of <.05. There was a difference in peak systolic velocity between the left and right internal carotid arteries of 4.85% in the old age group which was not significant

compared with 14.28% in the young age group with a significant P value <.05

whereas the difference in end-diastolic velocity between the left and right internal carotid arteries was not significant for both age groups. Differences between the right and left internal carotid arteries for resistive index

pulsatility index

and pressure gradient were significant only in the young age group. Conclusion: We found significant differences between the right and left common carotid and internal carotid arteries in patients with diabetes and hypertension which were more prominent in the young age group. Values for common carotid IMT and LD were significantly higher in the left common carotid artery versus the right common carotid artery in both age groups. Differences between the 2 carotid sides may be attributed to anatomic variations in the common carotid artery origins which lead to differences in stress between the 2 sides

in order to achieve the goal of stability and promote economic growth within the tax multiplier. Multiplier of government spending is aiming at the goal of stability automatically and the allocation or distribution of economic stability through a basic introduction of the aim and objective of allocating resources to the required fields. We hypothesized that the proposed educational package has a positive impact on the level of learning some offensive skills with the epee weapon. There were statistically significant differences in testing the level of learning some offensive skills with the epee weapon between the post-tests of the experimental and control groups

and in favor of the experimental group. The researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of solving the research problem

and the research sample was chosen intentionally from the girls’ fencing club players (beginners) in the governorate. Basra for the year 2005. The number of players was (16)

which represented the entire study population. The experiment was conducted in the sports hall of the South Oil Sports Club in Basra. We concluded that the educational package has a positive impact on the level of learning some offensive skills in the epee weapon. There were statistically significant differences in the learning level test for some offensive skills in the epee weapon between the experimental group and the control group in the post-tests and in favor of the experimental group. We recommended the necessity of using the proposed educational curriculum to learn some offensive skills in the epee weapon in fencing lessons or in sports clubs.
