Proposed model for data protection in information systems of government institutions

Information systems and data exchange between government institutions are growing rapidly around the world, and with it, the threats to information within government departments are growing. In recent years, research into the development and construction of secure information systems in government institutions seems to be very effective. Based on information system principles, this study proposes a model for providing and evaluating security for all of the departments of government institutions. The requirements of any information system begin with the organization's surroundings and objectives. Most prior techniques did not take into account the organizational component on which the information system runs, despite the relevance of this feature in the application of access and control methods in terms of security. Based on this, we propose a model for improving security for all departments of government institutions by addressing security issues early in the system's life cycle, integrating them with functional elements throughout the life cycle, and focusing on the system's organizational aspects. The main security aspects covered are system administration, organizational factors, enterprise policy, and awareness and cultural aspects.

Effect of vibrio cholerae enterotoxin on phagocytosis in vitro

Enterotoxin of Vibrio cholerae was extracted by cooling centrifuge at 6.000 rpm for 30 minntes. and filtrated by using milipore filter (0.22 ?m). The effect of crude enterotoxin on phagocytosis was studied by measuring the phagocytic index for 20 blood sample which were collected from healthy people and treated with enterotoxin in addition to control samples. From the results we found that phagocytic index of blood sample which were treated with enterotoxin was 42.9% while the phagocytic index of control blood samples was 64%. This means that there is a negative effect for the enterotoxin resulted from vibrio choleaa on the activity of phagocytic index.

Boundary Controllability of Nonlinear System in Quasi-Banach Spaces

Sufficient conditions for boundary controllability of nonlinear system in quasi-Banach spaces are established. The results are obtained by using the strongly continuous semigroup theory and some techniques of nonlinear functional analysis, such as, fixed point theorem and quasi-Banach contraction principle theorem. Moreover, we given an example which is provided to illustrate the theory.

Down-Regulation of Progesterone hormone in Recurrent pregnancy Loss

Progesterone hormone is important in the preparation for and in maintaining of pregnancy through different mechanisms but mainly by shifting the balance from Th1 to Th2 mediated
immunity to avoid rejection of the fetus; in this study we tried to find out whether there is a relation between the level of the expression of progesterone and its stimulant HCG hormone and recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL).
Patients and Methods:
Immunohistochemistry technique was performed to detect and determine the expression of progesterone and HCG hormones using paraffin embedded sections of curate samples obtained from 40 women, who where divided into three groups: 24 women with RPL, 10 women with abortion

In this work, Soda Lime Glass (S.L.G.) powder was used ,as
fluxe in traditional porcelain instead of feldspar. Two ceramics
porcelain were compared; commercial or traditional porcelain that
content of 50wt % kaolin, 25wt % quartz, and 25wt % feldspar.
Feldspar mass was substituted by scraps soda lime glass yielding a
new porcelain composition, to determine the softening points and
then the effect of glass addition on porcelain firing process.
Eight samples, for each patch, were prepared and 8wt % water
was added. The resulting composite blends were then die pressed at
2N, to produce disk specimens with diameter of 1.5 cm, and then
they were sintered at (1000, 1100, 1200, 1250,1300,1350,1400 and
