Perhaps it is of paramount importance for researchers to present grammatical topics with a uniqueness that distinguishes them from everything else that may overlap with them, and a specificity that distances them from much of what may be thought to be similar to them or similar to them. The subject pronoun is one of these topics that should be considered. Due to the uniqueness of this pronoun among the rest of the family of pronouns, with features and adverbs that deserve research and study, and then analysis and treatment; Because of its scientific value, it goes hand in hand with other pronouns. This topic would not have drawn my attention or received much of it had it not raised some fundamental questions, including, for example: What is the subject pronoun? Where is the difference between grammarians regarding this pronoun? What are the forms in which it is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an or in the Arabic language? Does this pronoun have a specific purpose, or is it used for other rhetorical purposes? All of these questions and others are what we will answer in the light of research and investigation of the books of the ancients, moderns, and contemporaries, and then after that, we will give our opinion and express our opinion, as long as the evidence helps us in that.

Background: lip lengthening procedure is one of the surgical options for the correction of gummy smile in patients with short upper lip. Methods: A comparative clinical study was conducted on 15 patients requiring lip lengthening procedure for the esthetic correction of excessive gingival exposure with gummy smile. Scalpel was used in seven patients and diode laser in the remaining eight patients. Under infiltration anesthesia, about one cm strip of mucosa was excised at the vestibular depth and the mucosa of the lip was sutured to the alveolar mucosa. Many international studies indicated that the polymorphisms of some genes disturbed the folate homocysteine (Hcy) metabolism and increased the vulnerability to Down syndrome (DS). We aimed to measure the serum levels of folate and Hcy in DS children and compare the levels with age and sex-matched apparently normal healthy children. We also aimed to study the A80G polymorphism of the gene reduced folate carrier (RFC1) in the DS children as a risk factor. Forty children with DS (24 were boys, and 16 were girls) with the age range between 5-13 years, and 26 normal healthy children (16 boys and ten girls) were included in this study.
