The study was conducted for the detection of Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) in the serum and urine of 42 early and middle childhood patients (26 male and  16 female ) with renal function disease, liver function disease, in additional to atrophy in the growth and other symptoms depending on the information within consent obtained from each patient, in addition to 8 children, apparently healthy, as  the control. The technique of HPLC was used for the detection of AFB1 from all samples. The results showed that out of 42 patient children, 19 (45.2%) gave positive detection of AFB1 in the serum among all age groups patients with a mean of 0.88 ng/ml and a range of (0.12-3.04) ng/ml. This form of TV drama has become an artistic phenomenon, that once the series is displayed on one of the channels and achieves a noticeable success, its producers work to produce a second part of that series and so on. The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The results revealed that teachers have good level of self-reliance and human relationship. There is a positive correlation between self-reliance and human relationship.

Aims of the study: To determine taste detection threshold and estimate the trace elements (zinc) in serum and saliva of those patients and compare all of these with healthy control subjects. The identification and sequencing of Amyloid Precursor Protien (APP) and presenilin (PS) opened the door for the engineering of transgenic mouse models to study pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer Disease (AD). The first successful mouse models over-expressed human APP with an Familiar AD (FAD) linked mutation in the brain. These mice exhibit Aß plaques, neuron loss, dystrophic neurites, inflammatory responses, learning impairments and deficits in synaptic transmission and/or long-term potentiation. The genotypes of all offspring of APP/PS1 mutant mice are analysed by Polymerise Chain Reactions. Generally there are two possibilities to analyse the DNA. The First, primers for APP or PS1 was used separately assuming that both genes are int
