The research aims to clarify the role that psychological ownership, through its dimensions, plays in deterring the effects of toxic leadership, through its dimensions, in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals. One important aspect is the use of the Credit Bureau System (CBS), which plays a central role in ensuring banking soundness.
