After 2003, Iraq witnessed new challenges represented by the predominance of sectarian discourses, hatred and extremism at the expense of moderate political discourse and the predominance of sub-affiliations and external agendas at the expense of national affiliation, which led to the creation of an unsafe or stable environment dominated by the character of violence and terrorism. Moderate discourse would work to fuse sub-affiliations into one melting pot in which it would be the first loyalty to the homeland and not to the tribe, party or sect... This study aims to examine the main features of the new trends in agenda studies using the secondary analytic approach in analyzing the newest studies in agenda-setting issues from 2007 till 2017, in addition to the quantitative approach.
The researcher has analyzed 110 studies -75 foreign and 35 Arabic - to determine, describe and evaluate the key research trends which came in Arabic and foreign agenda-setting studies. The results confirmed that studies of the agenda theory are increasing steadily worldwide with diversity in the theoretical trends and used research tools.  Ethanolic extracts of Thyme (Thymbra spicata) were tested for their inhibitory action on Paenibacillus larvae the causative agent of American foul brood with different concentration by using disc assay and mixed with culture media . Results showd that 3000mg / disc and 3000 mg / ml was the effective concentroation for the both methods .Thymol was isolated by using TLC technique .
