Three azo compounds were synthesized in two different methods, and characterized by FT-IR, HNMR andVis) spectra, melting points were determined. The inhibitory effects of prepared compounds on the activity of human serum cholinesterase have been studied in vitro. Different concentrations of study the type of inhibition. The results form line weaver-Burk plot indicated that the inhibitor type was noncompetitive with a range (33.12-78.99%).
This work includes preparing of some new derivatives of 1,2,4-Triazoles and oxazoles from the reaction between 3,5-dimethyl phenol and chloroethyl acetate in the presence of potassium carbonate and dry acetone to obtain the ester ethyl 3,5- dimethyl phenoxy acetate , then converted this ester to Thiosemicarbazone and Semicarbazone. Then ,the Triazoles were prepared from the cyclization of these Thiosemcarbazones and Semicarbazones in alkaline media( potassium hydroxide solution) . The prepared compounds were characterized by spectral methods FT-IR ,1H-NMR and measurement of some of its physical properties and evaluation of the biological activity for some of them.
The new azo dye was synthesized via the reaction of the diazonium salt form of 3-aminophenol with 2-hydroxyquinoline. This dye was then used to access a series of complexes with the chlorides of manganese, iron, zinc, cadmium, and vanadium sulfate. The prepared ligand and its complexes were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimeter, and microelemental analysis. Conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, metal content, and chlorine content of the complexes were also measured. The ligand and cadmium complex were identified using1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the shape of the ligand is a trigonal planner, and the c

In benzene and refluxing conditions,Schiff's bases were cyclized with succinic and Phthalic anhydride to give a new sequence of 1,3-oxazepine derivatives(4-6) and (7-9),respectively.The last step, cyclization reactions with sodium azide in THF solvent resulted in the formation of [10 and 11], which are supposed to be biologically significant.FT.IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR (for compound 4,7,9, and 11),as well as melting points reported, were used to characterize these prepared compounds ,Bacillus (G+), Staphylococcus (G+), and E.Coli (G-)were screened against these compounds. . ... Show MoreIn this work, thiadiazole derivatives were prepared by taking advantage of active sites in (2-amino-5-mercapto-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole) as a starting material base. The main heterocyclic compounds (1, 3, 4-thiadiazole, oxazole) etc, 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole compound (1) was prepared by cyclic closure of thiosemicarbazide compound with anhydrous sodium carbonate and carbon disulfide. Oxidation of (1) via hydrogen peroxide, to have (2) which was treated with chloro acetyl chloride to get (3). Preparation of thiazole ring (4) was from reacting of (3) with thiourea. Synthesis of diazonium salts (5) from compound (4) using sodium nitrite and HCl. Compound (5) reacted with different ester compounds to prepare a new azo compounds (6–8).C

Spectral studies ( FTIR, UV-Vis, 1H and 13CNMR) and microelemental analysis (C.H.N) are use to identified of the ligand. Complexes of some transition metals were performed as well depicted. The formation of complexes were characterized by using atomic absorption of flame, elemental analysis, infrared and UV-Vis spectral process as well conductivity and magnetic quantifications. Nature of compounds produced have been studied followed the mole ratio and continuous contrast methods, Beer's law followed during a concentration scope (1×10-4 - 3×10-4 M/L). height m
