       لقد حدا بالمهتمين في الميدان التربوي، والادارة التربوية بصورة خاصة، ان يجدوا علاقات ايجابية بين متغيرات الميدان التربوي عامة والاداري بصورة خاصة وقد تمخض هذا عن وجود علاقة ايجابية بين اداء المديرين ورؤساء الاقسام ودرجة التقويم، ومن هنا يتضح انه كلما كان التقويم عالياً في درجته، يتضح ان هناك اداءً فاعلاً ولكن ليس بالشكل الحقيقي لمعنى التقويم ما لم يكن هناك

Abstract

The study deal with two main variables:- the dimensions of distribution, and the customer loyalty . the researcher has chosen samples of Iraqi newspapers like (AL Sabah, AL Mada, AL Bayna aljdeida newspaper), because this product depends greatly on the consumption of customers so as to achieve the success. The aim of the research is to identify learning difficulties and their role in children's perception of self-concept. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach method in this study. A questionnaire was designed by the researcher to collect some related information such as biodata, family, health, diagnostic and behavioral patterns of the case. Differences in transversal sections and activities of geomorphological operations led to forming geomorphological shapes as river turns and river isles in watercourse in the area of study. The study showed three river turns that are Sindia turn with length 4723m, turn wave 3599 average width 267.6, Zanbour turn length 11374m, turn wave 7110 average width 307.5m,and Dojama turn with length 5876m, turn wave 4982m average width 313.4m. This difference is caused by the activity of erosion and sedimentation that led to the appearance of the length rivers turn.

      The study was conducted for the detection of Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) in the serum and urine of 42 early and middle childhood patients (26 male and  16 female ) with renal function disease, liver function disease, in additional to atrophy in the growth and other symptoms depending on the information within consent obtained from each patient, in addition to 8 children, apparently healthy, as  the control. In this study; a three-dimensional model was created to simulate groundwater in Al-Haydariyah area of the governorate of Al-Najaf. A solid model was created to utilize the cross sections of 25 boreholes in the research region, and it was made out of two layers: sand and clay. The steady-state calibration was employed in six observation wells to calibrate the model and establish the hydraulic conductivity, which was 17.49 m/d for sand and 1.042 m/d for clay, with a recharge rate of 0.00007 m/day.
