                 The research aims to verify the dimensions of tax justice that exist in Iraq, and to determine their impact on tax compliance. Through a revised model of tax justice based on the literature of tax justice according to the classification of the studies of (Saad, 2009), (Wenzel, 2002), by using a questionnaire as an experimental measurement tool designed to be in line with perceptions of tax justice in Iraq. The rotation effect upon Morse potential had been studied and the values of the effective potential in potential curves had been calculated for electronic states (X2?+g , B ?u ) K2 molecule. The calculation had been computed for rotational quantum number (J = 5). Also, drawing potential curves for these systems had been done using Herzberg and Gaydon equations. It was found that the values of the dissociation energy which resulting from using Herzberg equation greater than that of Gaydon equation. Besides, it was found that the rotation effect for (X and B) electronic states in Morse potential is very small and in this case may negligible.

The aim of this research does not deal with evaluation occurs at any points in the design of the plan alternatives themselves or formulation of goals and objectives. The aim of this research is that test and evaluate the fully alternatives. We can therefore state as the principle that evaluation of alternative plans must be based on attempts to show how far each plan satisfies all the objectives are expressed as specification of the performance of the urban and regional system. Asphalt pavement properties in Iraq are highly affected by elevated summer air temperatures. One of these properties is stiffness (resilient modulus). To explain the effect of air temperatures on stiffness of asphalt concrete, it is necessary to determine the distribution of temperatures through the pavement asphalt concrete layers. In this study, the distribution of pavement temperatures at three depths (2cm,7cm, 10cm) below the pavement surface is determined by using the temperature data logger instrument.
