Abstract

This research aims to design a multi-objective mathematical model to assess the project quality based on three criteria: time, cost and performance. This model has been applied in one of the major projects formations of the Saad Public Company which enables to completion the project on time at an additional cost that would be within the estimated budget with a satisfactory level of the performance which match with consumer requirements. There are a few studies that discuss the medical causes for diabetic foot (DF) ulcerations in Iraq, one of them in Wasit province. The aim of our study was to analyze the medical, therapeutic, and patient risk factors for developing DF ulcerations among diabetic patients in Baghdad, Iraq.

The current study aims at identifying:

1-The intellectual stress of counselors according to gender variable (male, female ).

2-The five major  factors of the  Counselor's  Personality.

3-  The relationship between intellectual stress and the five major factors of the councilors' personality and according to gender variable (male, female ).

4-The significant differences in the relationship between intellectual stress and the five major factors of the councilors' personality and according to gender variable  (male, female ).
