يُعد التنمر ظاهرة إجتماعية قديمة موجودة في جميع المجتمعات سواء أكان المجتمع صناعيًا أم ناميًا، كما يُعد من المفاهيم الحديثة نسبيًا، وربما يرجع لحداثة الإعتراف به نوعًا من أنواع العنف فضلاعن ندرة الدراسات التي تناولته وعدم وجود معيار محدد لتحديد السلوك الذي يعد تنمرًا أم عابرًا، لقد بدأ الأهتمام بدراسة التنمر في سبعينات القرن الماضي وأصبح موضعًا يحضى بأهتمام العديد في مختلف البلدان، وفي عصرنا الحالي تطورت الظاهرة الإجرامية تطورًا ملحوظًا سواء في أسلوب إرتكابها أو مرتكبيها وكل ذلك يرجع إلى التقدم السريع في ثورة المعلومات والإتصالات، فظهرتْ الجرائم الإلكترونية ومنها جريمة التنمر الإلكتروني، وفي نطاق الجريمة الإلكترونية، أختلف الفقه والقضاء في تحديد مسؤولية مزود خدمة الإنترنت وفقًاً لطبعية عمله المتمثل بمدى الرقابة التي يقوم بها على المحتويات غير المشروعة التي تتم عبر الخدمة التي يقدمها في الجرائم الإلكترونية ومنها جريمة التنمر الإلكتروني Bullying is considered an ancient social phenomenon that has existed in all societies for a long time, whether the society was industrialized or developing. Le harcèlement est un phénomène social ancien présent dans toutes les sociétés, qu'elles soient industrielles ou en développement. Il est également considéré comme un concept relativement moderne en raison de sa reconnaissance récente en tant que forme de violence, ainsi que de la rareté des études qui l'ont abordé et de l'absence du critère spécifique pour déterminer quel comportement est considéré comme du harcèlement ou toléré. L'intérêt, pour l'étude du harcèlement a commencé dans les années 70 du siècle dernier et est devenu un sujet d'intérêt pour de nombreuses personnes dans différents pays. De nos jours, le phénomène criminel s'est sensiblement développé, que ce soit dans sa manière de se produire ou chez ses auteurs, et cela est dû aux progrès rapides de la révolution de l'information et de la communication. Les crimes électroniques, y compris le harcèlement électronique, ont émergé dans le cadre de la cybercriminalité. Dans ce contexte, les juges et les autorités judiciaires ont divergé dans l'établissement de la responsabilité du fournisseur d'accès internet en fonction de la nature de son travail, qui consiste en l'étendue de son contrôle sur les contenus illégaux qui se produisent par le biais du service qu'il fournit dans les crimes électroniques, y compris le harcèlement électronique.
This study includes isolation, purification, and identification of algae from the canal around Baghdad university Al-jadriah. Four unialgal cultures were obtained. These algal cultures included 3 species of cyanophyta ( Nostoc carneum, Westillopesis prolifica, Chroococcus turgidus), 1 species of chlorophyta (Chlorella vulgaris) . In this paper we discuss the Zariski topology of intuitionistic fuzzy d-filter in d-algebra, with some topological properties on the spectrum of intuitionistic fuzzy d-filter in d-algebra X which have algebraic features such as connectedness. We find that this topology is a strongly connected, and T0 space. We also define the invariant map on intuitionistic fuzzy prime d-filter with a homomorphism map.

CZTS / CdS / ZnO / ITO solar cell was studied using Solar Cell Capacitance Simulato-1D (SCAPS-1D) program. We performed an improvement on the theoretical cell by increasing the doping and thickness of some layers. As a result, the efficiency was shifted from 2.18% to 6.17% and several back reflection layers (BSL) were introduced on the enhanced cell until. We obtained a highest conversion efficiency of 13.99%. The best reflection layer (CZTSSe) was combined with the best buffer layer (CdSe), with thickness of 0.9µm, on the enhanced cell. Thereby, we obtained a cell with a conversion efficiency of 16.53%. One of the most common forms of diabetes is Type-2 that occurs due to the failure of cells in recognizing and responding to insulin if not accurately treated. The aim of this work is to evaluate the relations of thyroid hormones, vitamins, and lipid peroxidation with the glycemic index in patients experiencing Type-2 diabetes. Some tests of biochemical parameters and vitamins were conducted on 35 patients experiencing Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and 35 healthy subjects. The results indicated the increase in the levels of MDA (3.86 ± 0.97 µmol/L), HbA1c (8.27 ± 1.66 %), FBS (198.34 ± 32.41 mg/dl) and TSH (5.67 ±0.34 mIU/L) in the blood of diabetic subjects in comparison to the controls at a P value lower than 0.05. This was a qualitative study including semi-structured face-to-face (mostly) interviews with experienced pharmacists. The interview guide included open-ended questions about the impact of the national health insurance program on patients and healthcare providers at three levels: quality of services, costs, and frequency of visits.
