يُعد التنمر ظاهرة إجتماعية قديمة موجودة في جميع المجتمعات سواء أكان المجتمع صناعيًا أم ناميًا، كما يُعد من المفاهيم الحديثة نسبيًا، وربما يرجع لحداثة الإعتراف به نوعًا من أنواع العنف فضلاعن ندرة الدراسات التي تناولته وعدم وجود معيار محدد لتحديد السلوك الذي يعد تنمرًا أم عابرًا، لقد بدأ الأهتمام بدراسة التنمر في سبعينات القرن الماضي وأصبح موضعًا يحضى بأهتمام العديد في مختلف البلدان، وفي عصرنا الحالي تطورت الظاهرة الإجرامية تطورًا ملحوظًا سواء في أسلوب إرتكابها أو مرتكبيها وكل ذلك يرجع إلى التقدم السريع في ثورة المعلومات والإتصالات، فظهرتْ الجرائم الإلكترونية ومنها جريمة التنمر الإلكتروني، وفي نطاق الجريمة الإلكترونية، أختلف الفقه والقضاء في تحديد مسؤولية مزود خدمة الإنترنت وفقًاً لطبعية عمله المتمثل بمدى الرقابة التي يقوم بها على المحتويات غير المشروعة التي تتم عبر الخدمة التي يقدمها في الجرائم الإلكترونية ومنها جريمة التنمر الإلكتروني Bullying is considered an ancient social phenomenon that has existed in all societies for a long time, whether the society was industrialized or developing. Additionally, the interest in studying bullying began in the seventies of the last century and became a topic of interest in many countries around the world. nowadays, the criminal phenomenon has developed remarkably, both in the way it is committed or its perpetrators, and all this is due to the rapid progress In the information and communication revolution, cybercrimes appeared, including the cyber-bullying crime In addition, Jurisprudence and the judiciary have differed in determining responsibility of the internet service provider according to the nature of its work, which is the extent of control it performs on the illegal content that is carried out through the service it provides in cybercrime, including the cyberbullying crime. Le harcèlement est un phénomène social ancien présent dans toutes les sociétés, qu'elles soient industrielles ou en développement. Il est également considéré comme un concept relativement moderne en raison de sa reconnaissance récente en tant que forme de violence, ainsi que de la rareté des études qui l'ont abordé et de l'absence du critère spécifique pour déterminer quel comportement est considéré comme du harcèlement ou toléré. L'intérêt, pour l'étude du harcèlement a commencé dans les années 70 du siècle dernier et est devenu un sujet d'intérêt pour de nombreuses personnes dans différents pays. De nos jours, le phénomène criminel s'est sensiblement développé, que ce soit dans sa manière de se produire ou chez ses auteurs, et cela est dû aux progrès rapides de la révolution de l'information et de la communication. Les crimes électroniques, y compris le harcèlement électronique, ont émergé dans le cadre de la cybercriminalité. Dans ce contexte, les juges et les autorités judiciaires ont divergé dans l'établissement de la responsabilité du fournisseur d'accès internet en fonction de la nature de son travail, qui consiste en l'étendue de son contrôle sur les contenus illégaux qui se produisent par le biais du service qu'il fournit dans les crimes électroniques, y compris le harcèlement électronique.
Desulfurization of a simulated diesel fuel by different adsorbents was studied in a fixed-bed adsorption process operated at ambient temperature and pressure. Three different adsorption beds were used, commercial activated carbon, Cu-Y zeolite, and layered bed of 15wt% activated carbon followed by Cu-Y zeolite.Initially Y-zeolite was prepared from Iraqi rice husk and then impregnated with copper. In general, the adsorbents tested for total sulfur adsorption capacity at break through followed the order Ac/Cu-Y zeolite>Cu-Y zeolite>Ac. Stumpff functions are an infinite series that depends on the value of z. This value results from multiplying the reciprocal semi-major axis with a universal anomaly. The purpose from those functions is to calculate the variation of the universal parameter (variable) using Kepler's equation for different orbits. In this paper, each range for the reciprocal of the semi-major axis, universal anomaly, and z is calculated in order to study the behavior of Stumpff functions C(z) and S(z). The results showed that when z grew, Stumpff functions for hyperbola, parabola, and elliptical orbits were also growing. Granulation Technique for Gamma Alumina Catalyst Support was employed in inclined disk granulator (IDG), rotary drum granulator (RD) and extrusion – spheronization equipments .Product with wide size range can be produced with only few parameters like rpm of equipment, ratio of binder and angle of inclination. The investigation was conducted for determination the optimum operating conditions in the three above different granulation equipments.
Results reveal that the optimum operating conditions to get maximum granulation occurred at ( speed: 31rpm , Inclination:420 , binder ratio:225,300% ) for the IDG,( speed: 68rpm , Inclination: 12.50 , binder ratio: 300% ) for the RD and ( speed:1200rpm , time of rotation: 1-2min )for the Caleva
In this paper, the packing problem for complete ( 4)-arcs in is partially solved. The minimum and the maximum sizes of complete ( 4)-arcs in are obtained. The idea that has been used to do this classification is based on using the algorithm introduced in Section 3 in this paper. Also, this paper establishes the connection between the projective geometry in terms of a complete ( , 4)-arc in and the algebraic characteristics of a plane quartic curve over the field represented by the number of its rational points and inflexion points. In addition, some sizes of complete ( 6)-arcs in the projective plane of order thirteen are established, namely for = 53, 54, 55, 56.

The study intends to explore the obstacles that encounter a program of rehabilitating released prisoners as perceived by prisoners themselves in tubas' province. To this end, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument which was applied on (150) prisoner had chosen randomly to collect the study data. The findings revealed no significant differences among obstacles the encounter program regarding to the following variables: age, detention period, and number of detention, additionally, the findings found that there is a variance of obstacles mean according to the prisoners themselves, rehabilitation program, and the facility of that program.

A field experiment is conducted to study the effect of different levels of peat (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 Mg ha-1 to uncropped and cropped soil to wheat. Soil samples are taken in different period of time (0, 3, 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 days after cultivation to determine (NaHCO3-Exteractable P at 3 different depths (0-10, 10-20, and 20-30 cm). Field Experiment is conducted in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replicates. Wheat, Al-Rasheed variety, is cultivated as a testing crop. In this work; copper oxide films (CuO) were fabricated by PLD. The films were analyzed by UV-VIS absorption spectra and their thickness by using profilometer. Pulsed Nd:YAG laser was used for prepared CuO thin films under O2 gas environment with varying both pulse energy and annealing temperature. The optical properties of as-grown film such as optical transmittance spectrum, refractive index and energy gap has been measured experimentally and the effects of laser pulse energy and annealing temperature on it were studied. An inverse relationship between energy gap and both annealing temperature and pulse energy was observed.
