Synthesis of new nucleoside analogues of the type : 3¢ , 3¢ - gem – di – C – nitromethly , expected to have useful application in the chemotherapeutic treatment of AIDS , cancer and microbial infections. The synthesis involved the condensation of the appropriate sugar derivative ( i.e . 3¢ , 3¢ –  gem – di – C – nitromethly – 1–  ribofuranose ) with nitrogen bases , such as , uracil and theophllin following a multi step scheme starting from diacetone golucose (1) (scheme 1) .The prepared compound were identified by spectroscopic methods ; ir , mass , ¹H and ¹³C nmr.

This paper presents the analysis and evaluation of lightweight and adjustable two degrees of freedom, quasi-passive lower limb device to improve gait rehabilitation. In this work a series of fourteen new compounds were synthesized. Compound [1] was formed from the reaction of 2-aminobenzothiazole and p-bromophenacyl bromide. Aldehyde group [2] was obtained from the reaction of compound [1] with pocl3 in presence of DMF and CHCl3 .After that shiff bases have been synthesized from the reaction of compound [2] with different aromatic amine to give new shiff bases [3- 5]. Study of group action of stone columns using FEM

Maximum values of one particle radial electronic density distribution has been calculated by using Hartree-Fock (HF)wave function with data published by[A. Sarsa et al. Atomic Data and Nuclear Data Tables 88 (2004) 163–202] for K and L shells for some Be-like ions. The Results confirm that there is a linear behavior restricted the increasing of maximum points of one particle radial electronic density distribution for K and L shells throughout some Be-like ions. This linear behavior can be described by using the nth term formula of arithmetic sequence, that can be used to calculate the maximum radial electronic density distribution for any ion within Be like ions for Z<20.

The effect of insecticide lamda cyhalothrin on Allium cepa L.root meristem were studied cytogenetically .Using three concentrations of the insecticide 5%, 7.5%, 10% at 6,12,24hours treatments . The insecticide significantly reduced the mitotic index at all concentrations. Moreover showed its ability to induced C – metaphase in 10% .The effects were also caused chromosome aberration like stickness in anaphase, telophase, binucleated cells, Micronuclei formation. These alternations indicating that this insecticide was effective in producing disturbance of spindle fibers.
