Background/Objectives: Cancer pain affects 55–95% of patients with advanced malignancy, representing a complex syndrome involving nociceptive, neuropathic and nociplastic mechanisms. Despite therapeutic advances, two-thirds of patients with metastatic cancer experience inadequate pain control.
