The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of the active thinking model in the achievement of students of the fifth grade applied science of physics, and their pivotal thinking by verifying the two zero hypotheses, where there is no significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied physics using the active thinking model and the average scores of the control group students who studied the same material in the usual way in the achievement test, as well as in the pivotal thinking test. The research sample consisted of (77) students of the applied fifth grade students in two divisions (a) and (b), randomly selected (a) to be the experimental group, and (b) to be the control group, Two methods were used to measure the dependent variables: achievement, and pivotal thinking, and after applying the research experience, which lasted (9) weeks, the search tools were used to obtain the data. After analyzing and processing the data using the statistical program(SPSS) The results of the study resulted in the superiority of the students of the experimental group who studied during the period of the experiment using the active thinking model on the students of the control group who studied in the usual way in the achievement test. The results also showed that the students of the experimental group were more successful than students of control group, In the test of pivotal thinking and for the benefit of the experimental group, thus rejecting the two zero hypotheses. In this research study the synodic month for the moon and their
relationship with the mean anomaly for the moon orbit and date A.D
and for long periods of time (100 years), we was design a computer
program that calculates the period of synodic months, and the
coordinates of the moon at the moment of the new moon with high
accuracy. During the 100 year, there are 1236 period of synodic
months.
We found that the when New Moon occurs near perigee (mean
anomaly = 0°), the length of the synodic month at a minimum.
Similarly, when New Moon occurs near apogee (mean anomaly =
180°), the length of the synodic month reaches a maximum. The

The Corona pandemic has raised many repercussions on all levels and fields, and several questions have arisen, especially in the legal field, where many responsibilities arise due to the way this pandemic is dealt with, exploited by some, or neglected some obligations imposed to confrontit. Civil responsibility emerges as an important part in the scope of dealing with the effects of the Corona pandemic, as some people deliberately or negligently tend to harm others, which calls for resorting to the provisions of civil responsibility. It seems that the burden of civil responsibility falls not only on individuals, but also on private and public legal persons alike.
In this study, the effect of pumping power on the conversion efficiency of nonlinear crystal (KTP) was investigated using laser pump-power technique. The results showed that the higher the pumping power values, the greater the conversion efficiency (η) and, as the crystal thickness increases within limitations, the energy conversion efficiency increases at delay time of (0.333 ns) and at room temperature. Efficiency of 80% at length of KTP crystal (L = 1.75 X 10-3 m) and Pin = 28MW, and also, compare the experimental results with numerical results by using MATLAB program.
