The measurements and tests of the samples conducted in the laboratories of the College of Agriculture included isolating bio-fertilizers and testing the efficiency of isolates that fix atmospheric nitrogen and solubilize phosphorous compounds. Bacteria were isolated and identified from the rhizosphere soils of different plants collected from various agricultural areas. A total of 74 bacterial isolates were obtained based on the phenotypic characteristics of the developing colonies, as well as biochemical and microscopic traits. The results of isolation and identification showed that among the 74 bacterial isolates, there were 15 isolates of A. chroococcum, 13 of Az. lipoferum, 13 of B. megaterium, 10 of P. putida, 10 of Actinomycetes, and nitrifying bacteria (Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter) with 7 and 6 isolates respectively. Bacillus isolates demonstrated the ability to dissolve phosphate compounds with a dissolution diameter ranging between 6-11 mm. The results of the polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) examination confirmed the diagnostic results using the quantitative polymerase interaction technique after extracting DNA from bacterial isolates from the soil. The first group of 10 isolates of P. putida showed, when the gene (GltA F, GltAR) was amplified, resulting bundles with a molecular size of 288 base pairs for P. putida bacteria, confirming the diagnosis using molecular, biological, microscopic, and phenotypic tests. This match confirms the accuracy of the classification of P. putida bacteria. The second group of 10 isolates of P. putida showed, when the gene (PR o DF, PRp o DR) was amplified, resulting bundles with a molecular size of 478 base pairs for B. megaterium, confirming its classification. The third group of 10 isolates of bacteria showed, upon gene amplification (N i f HF, N i f HR), resulting bundles with a molecular size of 371 base pairs for A. chroococcum bacteria, confirming their identification. The fourth group of 14 isolates showed, when the gene (16sAZ F and 16sAZ R) was amplified, resulting bundles with a molecular size of 646 base pairs for Az. lipoferum bacteria, confirming its classification. The fifth group did not show any type of nitrogen-fixing bacteria or phosphate solubilizers after amplification, based on the Sr DNA 71 genotype sequence
Real Time Extended (RTX) technology works to take advantage of real-time data comes from the global network of tracking stations together with inventor locating and compression algorithms to calculate and relaying the orbit of satellite, satellite atomic clock, and any other systems corrections to the receivers, which lead to real-time correction with high accuracy. These corrections will be transferred to the receiver antenna by satellite (where coverage is available) and by IP (Internet Protocol) for the rest of world to provide the accurate location on the screen of smartphone or tablet by using specific software. The purpose of this study was to assess the accuracy of Global Navig
In this research the hard chromium electroplating process, which is one of the common methods of overlay coating was used, by using chromium acid as source of chromium and sulphuric acid as catalyst since the ratio between chromic acid and sulphuric acid is (100 : 1) consequently. Plating process was made by applying current of density (40 Amp / dm2) and the range of solution temperature was (50 – 55oC) with different time periods (1-5 hr). A low carbon steel type (Ck15) was used as substrate for hard chromium electroplating. Solid carburization was carried out for hard chromium plating specimen at temperature (925oC) with time duration (2 hr) to be followed with quenching and tempering
... Show MoreSeveral problems have emerged as a result of urban expansion or the connection of urban areas with rural areas. This process has led to the urbanization of rural areas, and to have overlapping edges and margins of areas, which were outside the basic design of the city. Accordingly, the present research assumes that the accelerating growth of Baghdad population has contributed significantly to the process of unplanned urbanization. Thus, the study aims to examine the factors that have led to an increase of urban sprawl at the expense of the agricultural land. The study has thus adopted the descriptive, analytical, and historical approaches relying on the simple linear regression method to predict the phenomenon of urban expansion and its

In this paper we construct complete (kn,n)-arcs in PG(2,5), n = 2,3,4,5, by geometric method, with the related blocking sets and projective codes.
The poetic text, being an artistic product, is achieved during the moment of inspiration. However, this inspiration does not come from a vacuum. Rather, it needs a good environment capable of pushing the poetic text to the surface after its formation in the poet's mind, with the images and ideas it contains, expressed in his own language and style. Distinguished, and we must not overlook that language is not just words and meanings, but rather those feelings and emotions that are the essence of creativity (()), including musical, sentimental and imaginative aspects with colors of suggestion and symbols (()), because the poetic language is distinguished from others in that it (Symbols for psychological states are the substance of thought)
... Show MoreHard water does not pose a threat to human health but may cause precipitation of soap or results stone in the boilers. These reactions are caused by the high concentrations of Ca and Mg. In the industry they are undesirable because of higher fuel consumption for industrial use .Electromagnetic polarization water treatment is a method which can be used for increasing the precipitation of Ca 2+ and CO3 2- ions in hard water to form CaCO3 which leads to decrease the water hardness is research has been conducted by changing the number of coil turns and voltage of the system. The spectroscopy electron microscope was used for imaging the produced crystals. Results of the investigation indicated that

Show MoreThe aesthetic dimension in popular subjects is one of the important topics in the history and culture of peoples, as it is the vessel from which their faith, traditions, original values, language, ideas, practices and way of life are derived, which expresses their culture and national identity, and it is the bridge of communication between generations throughout the ages.
It is one of the main pillars in the process of development and development, and popular subjects have special images related to real daily life, and they are the best source for man to narrate through him in his portrayal of daily life in general, and for the artist in particular, who is part of this daily life and its vocabulary, as he interacts with it so that

Nine carbonic sources were represented by starch, maltose, fructose, sucrose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, sorbitol and mannitol) at concentration of 1% for each source. It was found that the best was represented by starch carbonic, which showed higher activity and qualitative activity of 7.647 Unit/ ml and 461.56 Unit/ mg. Ten nitrogen sources were selected, including yeast extract, peptone, trypton, gelatin, urea and meat extract as organic sources Ammonium sulphate, Sodium nitrate, Potassium nitrate and Ammonium chloride as inorganic sources. These sources were added at aconcentration of 0.5% to the production medium. Th
