يرجع تأريخ ظهور الفساد إلى بداية الخلق والخليقة، إذ اهتم الأديان السماوية بها كثيراً; وذلك لتوعية الناس إلى أن جَلل المصاب تكمن وراء هذه الظاهرة.

والقرآن الكريم اهتم بهذا الجانب اهتماماً بالغاً، فقد ذكر تأثيرات الفساد على المجتمعات عموماً، وعلى الأفراد خصوصاً، ولم تأتِ آية كريمة تتحدث عن آثا

In fact, the main idea of ​​the manuscript is to take note of a branch of Islamic jurisprudence, which is the science of jurisprudential jurisprudence and this manuscript in its title and subject dealt to the men of knowledge of jurisprudence because of its ambiguity calls for thinking, and the brainstorming mood to test the intelligence of jurisprudence, Of students of knowledge jurisprudence. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A number of statistical tools have been used A number of conclusion have been reached and recommendations have also been suggested.

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of auditing in light of the relationship between the governance of investment policy and the cost of debt in companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The problem of the research is to raise the question about the effect of the governance of investment policy and the cost of debt on the effectiveness of auditing and auditors.
