Two Pseudomonas putida isolated from soils of plants roots.  The bacterial isolates were identified by morphological tests. Biochemical reactions the result confirmed that they belong to p.putida. The bacterial isolates were produced hydrolases enzymes such as pectinase, protease and phosphates (Phosphate solubilization) by these isolates were screened. All P. putida isolates were able to produce these types of enzymes. 

Present investigation aimed to study plasma BNP hormone estimation as predictor of brain stroke and neurocognitive in relative with other limitations in CKD patient. The case control experimental study was conducted on CKD patient at Yarmuk Hospital at Baghdad Province, Iraq from February to April 2020. The present study aimed to establish reference normal ranges of haematological and biochemical parameters of two vertebrates (rabbits and partridges). Twenty animals (10 rabbits, 10 partridges) were used in this study. Blood samples, collected from heart of rabbits, as well from the right jugular vein of partridge, and delivered to the laboratory.
