The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University. And it relates to the student’s personality, intelligence, abilities and economic and social level.
