In this research investigation, a total of eighteen diverse tetra- and penta-lateral cyclic compounds were synthesized. Seventy subjects were divided into three groups: PAD patients before treatment (B-PAD), PAD patients after treatment with clopidogrel (A-PAD), and healthy controls.
