There were signs of the first civilization known to humanity for more than 6000 years BC in the north of Iraq have disappeared this civilization to appear after 500 years in southern Iraq, the Sumerian civilization, which was considered as the opinion of scientists or civilizations, exceeds the impact to Asia and the countries that had been in contact (Sumerians) and see them today in other towns and villages. In subsequent periods of time appeared distinct personalities to their nature, religious, social, special clothing with clothes seem especially long. Online learning is not a new concept in education, but it has been used extensively since the Covid-19 pandemic and is still in use now. Every student in the world has gone through this learning process from the primary to the college levels, with both teachers and students conducting instruction online (at home). The goal of the current study is to investigate college students’ attitudes towards online learning. To accomplish the goal of the current study, a questionnaire is developed and adjusted before being administered to a sample of 155 students. Additionally, validity and reliability are attained. Some conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions are offered in the end.
Equilibrium adsorption isotherm for the removal of trifluralin from aqueous solutions using ? –alumina clay has been studied. The result shows that the isotherms were S3 according Giels classification. The effects of various experimental parameters such as contact time, adsorbent dosage, effect of pH and temperature of trifluralin on the adsorption capacities have been investigated. The adsorption isotherms were obtained by obeying freundlich adsorption isotherm with (R2 = 0.91249-0.8149). The thermodynamic parameters have been calculated by using the adsorption process at five different temperature, the values of ?H, ?G and ?S were (_1.0625) kj. mol-1, (7.628 - 7.831) kj.mol-1 and (_2.7966 - _2.9162) kg.

This study aims to discuss the constraints surrounding educated Iraqi women which results overall lack of entering the EC and to give us additional insight into why they are avoiding entering this world. Results reveal that lack of awareness, lack of government policy and support, language, security and trust are the most important factors that contributes to EC adoption in addition to many other factors
The use of containers in transportation leads to the reduction in time and effort of the process of loading and unloading of goods as well as protecting the goods from damage and breakage and to reduce the financial costs.
. This development has led also to make changes in the sizes and capacity of ships, therefore changes in the ports must be taken place where they must be provided with an appropriate depth for such vessels, that means the increase in the depth of ports and the establishment of wide storage yards and to provide appropriate mechanisms for handling process.
In this study, the researcher has dealt with this type of transport business in Iraqi ports, namely:
1- Khur Al-Zubair port.
2- Um Qaser port.

Abstract
The leases, are regarded as one of the most controversial accounting issues in recent years, since they represents one of the important sources of funding, which may be exploited by the tenant as off- Balance sheet Financing , which negatively affects the quality of financial reporting. The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) have "significant" interest in accounting for leases . FASB issued Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 13 on lease contracts in 1976 and IASB issued IAS 17 in 1980, which was amended in 1997 and IFRS 16, issued in January 2016, which will be effective on January 1, 2019 , to solve

In this search, we examined the factorial experiments and the study of the significance of the main effects, the interaction of the factors and their simple effects by the F test (ANOVA) for analyze the data of the factorial experience. It is also known that the analysis of variance requires several assumptions to achieve them, Therefore, in case of violation of one of these conditions we conduct a transform to the data in order to match or achieve the conditions of analysis of variance, but it was noted that these transfers do not produce accurate results, so we resort to tests or non-parametric methods that work as a solution or alternative to the parametric tests , these method
... Show MoreA new azo dye, 5,5-[1,2-phenylenebis(2,1-biazenediyl)]bis[8-quinolino], was synthesized by reacting the diazonium salt of o-phenylenediamine with 8-hydroxyquinoline. The ligand was subsequently used to prepare a series of metal complexes with V(IV), Fe(III), Cr(III), Mn(II), Mo(VI), and Ru(III). The ligand was characterized using 1H and 3C-NMR spectroscopy, while the metal complexes were analyzed using UV-Vis, FT-IR, and mass spectrometry, along with thermal analysis (TGA, DSC), (C.H.N.), conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibility, and metal and chlorine content analysis, the results indicated that the ligand exhibits tetracoordination. The complexes predominantly formed octahedral geometries, except for the vanadium complex, which
