The two quality management concepts of benchmarking and poor quality cost measurement have been developed completely separate from each other and without any interaction between them. Both have also experienced some shortcomings that to some extent has limited their use and results. This paper explores these shortcomings and demonstrates how benchmarking and poor quality cost measurement in some ways is similar and in other ways complement each others’ weaknesses. An integrated framework that combines the two concepts into a powerful approach for assisting an organization’s quality management work is presented. مرّ المصطلح النحوي بمراحل حتى أصبح مصطلحا ثابتا يحمل المفاهيم النحوية ، ويتخذ وسيلة من وسائل البحث المنظم ، ويمثل كتاب الايضاح في علل النحو لأبي القاسم الزجّاجي (ت 337هـ ) الذي نتناوله بالبحث عن الجوانب المصطلحية مرحلة من البحث النحوي ، ترسّخت فيه الأصول النحويّة وانمازت الأبواب ، فضلاُ عن المصطلح الذي بدأ مستقراُ في أغلب استعمالاته العلميّة.

This study Concentrates on modern variable in the human resources management that is Core Competency.

The field study is two of Public organizations, The first is Educational Baghdad Hospital, the other is the state Company for Batteries industry, the problem of the study determincs some questions and hypotheses. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) belongs to the family of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM)  and has, recently, received a wide popularity in decision making regarding supplier selection.  The objective of this study is to apply the methodology of AHP on selecting suppliers to supply materials for the  Geological Survey and Mining  Company (GSMC).  Criteria for rating the suppliers and pairwise comparisons were identified by the members of the Tenders Analysis Committee (TAC). In order to judge the internal validity of the AHP, it was applied manually on a sample of fourteen tenders that were analyzed  and executed between 2004-2007, then an interactive computerized  package was developed 

The study aimed to monitor all the obstacles that stand in the way of the development of women's sports and to develop radical and realistic solutions to advance it and seek its programs to build a strong women's sports community.
