تُعد جريمة التحرش الجنسي بالأطفال عبر الإنترنيت"الدعارة المصوره أو الإباحية الجنسية" Child Pornographyأحدى جرائم استغلال الأطفال، ومن أسوء جرائم وسائل الإعلام والإتصال بأنواعها كافة لأنها تستغل الأطفال فعلياً، كما أنها من الجرائم التي تمس الأخلاق والآداب العامة للمجتمع وفقاً لقوانين مختلف الدول، وقد زاد انتشارها خلال ثمانينات وتسعينيات القرن الماضي، ويرجع الفضل في ذلك للثورة التكنولوجية الهائلة التي شهدها العصر خلال العقود الأخيرة، كذلك قلة التشريعات العقابية العابرة الحدود، إذ معها يقف القانون الجنائي التقليدي عاجزاً عن مواجهتها، لذا انقسمت الدول بمواجهة الجريمة، أما بتشريعات عقابية مستقلة أو بالقوانين العقابية التقليدية، كما تُمثل الجريمة إنتهاكاً صريحاً لحقوق الطفل، إذ يُجبر الطفل على استغلاله ومعه تمتد أثار الجريمة إلى بلوغه ووفاته .تتجلى أهمية البحث في كونه يتناول قضية حساسه، كون التعامل مع هذه القضية ليس مألوفاً في الثقافة الشرقية، وبالتالي قد تسهم في تعريف المجتمع بتلك القضية التي تعد من أهم القضايا التي طرحت نفسها على جدول أعمال الدول وخاصة المهتمين بحقوق الطفل.

This study presents a linguistic analysis of how Russian and American mainstream media and official statements deployed speech acts of accusation during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Using Speech Act Theory (Austin, 1962; Searle, 1976) as the framework. The study analyzes 50 texts of English-language official statements and media headlines from both sides. In this research utterances are categorized into assertives, expressives, directives, commissives, and declarations, and analyzes their pragmatic force in shaping narratives.
