Pneumatic processes sequence (PPS) is used widely in industrial applications. It is common to do a predetermined PPS to achieve a specific larger task within the industrial application like the PPS achieved by the pick and place industrial robot arm. This sequence may require change depending on changing the required task and usually this requires the programmer intervention to change the sequence’ sprogram, which is costly and may take long time. In this research a PLC-based PPS control system is designed and implemented, in which the PPS is programmed by demonstration.    Crade extract of dried fruit piper nigrum was made by useing sexhdet for three hours.The dried material was extracted with 95% ethanol and water as solvent.            A test was made to the extract effect in certain concentration to 32 Gram of negative bacterial isolates , collected from patient admitted to Ibn-AL-balade hospital . Ethanolic extract showed antibacterial activity against bacterial isolates and water extract reveled effectivnes.Such isolates showed highly sensitive to Norfacin and Impinene and less sensitve to Amoxicillin .

The activity of the aqueous extract of Olea europaea was tested at concentrations of 8, 15 or 20 mg/kg of body weight on lipid profile in twenty female local rabbits. These animals were randomly divided into four groups (five animals in each group). Three groups were dosed orally with the concentrations mentioned above, while the last was administered with distilled water and considered as a control group. These animals were orally dosed by aqueous extract using a micropipette for 30 days.         This research includes study of the effect of two kinds of Anthocyanin  extracted  , from  extracted  orange  fruit ( Anthocyanin  Evolvulus ,Methiola  Violet ) on  two  types of pathological  bacteria  E.coli , staphylococcus aureus.     The result shows that two kinds of extraction have nearly similar effect , and  there is Inhibition zone  of  no  growth  between 10-12mm  ,and the extraction (1) that has concentration of 10-3 mol./L is more effective..
