This is a theatrical overview of the organizational approach regarding the definition of functions of criminal law and the nature of the criminal justice system. The research assumption is the following (organizational approach is the most important and effective instrument to achieve the goal of scientific-oriented law.

The law should be defined by the terms of science, not by the terms of politics and relatively social norms. Through legally organized law social needs can be satisfied at the right time, and legislative intervention becomes more functional.

This study aims to explore the potential mediation role of person-centeredness between the effects of the work environment and nurse reported quality and patient safety. A quantitative cross-sectional survey collected data from 1055 nurses, working in medical and surgical units, in twelve Malaysian private hospitals. A field experiment was carried out during winter season of 2019 at Al-Muradiya research state, Babylon government, Iraq, to study the role of the sprayed types of potassium fertilizer in improving of flag leaf contribution in grain yield of wheat. This study involves microfacies analysis of the Kometan Formation from northeastern Iraq supported by detailed petrographic investigation for the main components and diagenetic processes using a petrographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and X-Ray diffraction (XRD). The techniques have revealed that the formation includes two microfacies; lime wackestone and lime packstone microfacies which in turn are subdivided into seven sub-microfacies, that were deposited in the quiet and deep marine environment.
