The aim of this work was to develop and validate a rapid and low cost method for estimation of ibuprofen in pharmaceutical suspensions using Reverse-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The nonlinearities in the system come from the quasi steady aerodynamic model and torsional spring in pitch direction.
