The aim of this study is to uncover the views of female students of Shaqra University towards midterm tests.  A survey of  (42) items distributed in three fields. The study has been applied to a random sample of (421) students from two faculties. The results showed that all three fields have achieved an intermediate level. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in students’ views of midterm tests due to the specialization or academic level variables.

The significance of the study lies in identifying a scientific and objective indicator that clarifies the extent to which key cognitive and visual abilities contribute to skill performance in tennis. This enables coaches and instructors to design scientifically based educational and training units that incorporate these abilities according to their level of contribution, thereby positively impacting technical performance. The current study aims to identify university students' attitudes towards reading and its relationship to some demographic variables in the universities of the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (1434) male and female university students from various Omani public and private universities affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education.
