Background: Neonatal period is a very vulnerable period of life due to many problems, In spite of advances in perinatal and neonatal care still, the mortality rate of neonate high especially in developing country The World Health Organization estimates that globally four million neonatal deaths per year, Developing countries account for around 99% of the neonatal mortality in the world, In Iraq. blood samples of two groups diabetic patient type 2 and non diabetes by ICP spectrometric
method. Results show the low levels of these elements Zn, Mn and Co while high level of Cu

The level of thyroid autoantibodies between type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus
patients in Baghdad City were investigated.
Fifty individuals (25 female and 25 male) with type-1 DM in the age group of 10
to 35 years and seventy (35 female and 35 male) of having type-2 DM in the age
group of 33 to 60 years were investigated. A control group of twenty-five nondiabetes

This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011.
