This study is based on samples taken from one of the main branches of Tigris River; Gharaf River, at Kut Barrage in Wasit Governorate, Iraq. It  aimes to study the quantity and quality of the mollusca Invertebrates; furthermore. The study evaluates the molluscan biodiversity of the rivers by using appropriate biodiversity indexes. The present study is meant to inquire about the training needs of middle stage leaders in Bisha, (Saudi Arabia) from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.

This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). Eclipta alba is a weed growing in damp, moist puddles distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions, so the most weight of the plant is water, which reached in to 90%. The extraction method by using different solvents (Methanol, Ethanol, Hexane and Aqueous) showed, the best yield with methanol reached to 76%, and the yield decreased with ethanol and hexane reached 55% and 53% respectively, while the minimum yield observed with aqueous hot and cold extraction reached 11% and 5% respectively.
