This review focuses on conservation agriculture (CA) and its effects on increasing the soil’s resistance to erosion. CA involves minimum soil disturbance (minimum tillage/ no-till), diversified crop rotation, and maintenance of the soil cover to increase soil fertility and reduce erosion. CA reduces soil loss by up to 90% and water erosion by approximately 50 to 70% from runoff as it increases the health of the soil, yield of crops, and water-retention capacity of the soil by incorporating soil organic matter and promoting biodiversity. Crop rotation prevents the replenishment and depletion of soil nutrients by atmospheric fixation of nitrogen/biological nitrogen fixation. Controlled traffic farming (CTF) is a new strategy in which traveling by agricultural equipment is minimized to preserve the integrity of the land and soil, and compaction is reduced. It has advanced tools such as remote sensing (RS) to assess the erosion of soil and to evaluate the effectiveness of such practices in place. They enhance farmers’ capacity for better management of the resources and access to accurate information about the soil. Even though the previously discussed practices have numerous benefits, there are shortcomings and limitations to implementing CA practices for enhanced resistance of the soil to erosion. CA entails a special tool, the affordability of which may not be accessible to small-scale farmers or farmers in developing countries. In addition, the deployment of advanced methods such as RS requires investment in technology and infrastructure. Environmental issues of more weeds and pests where the appropriate pesticides are not used, also face CA, and the technological issue of implementing advanced methods in certain regions. Finally, the practice of CA entails providing training and education to the farmers on the correct use of new technologies and new approaches, which can be difficult in some regions with limited training materials. Finally, the review highlights the importance of implementing these practices to ensure agricultural and environmental sustainability because CA is an essential means of ensuring sustainable farm productivity and improvement in soil erosion resistance.
The research aimed to achieve many objectives represented in two variables, which are the impacted factors and the aggregate planning alternatives of workforce in Educational Al- yarmouk Hospital , This research started from a problem focused on finding solutions to the demand’s fluctuation or the energy limitation while the study importance is emerged from diagnosis the suitable strategy and adopt the suitable alternatives due to their importance in meeting the demand for the health service submitted by the hospital .This study based on choosing assumptions of connection relationship and the impact among the mentioned variables in the(surgery and internal diseases) departments. Contrary to hypothesis No. 1, the research indicates that changes in sentence patterns don't affect the meaning of the process. Additionally, hypothesis No. 2 is refuted as the middle structure is found to highlight the agent's role in the science fiction short story, Terra Infirmum, rather than concealing it as hypothesized for "The Invisible Man." The analysis uncovers that writers utilize ergative processes to narrate stories in various ways, including transitive/active voice, intransitive/active voice, and transitive/passive voice. Furthermore, the findings suggest that writers emp

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate for such studies and implemented the questionnaire as a tool to obtain the required data from the respondents.
The Researcher reached several conclusions:
1- There is a low percentage of women working in the field of public relations in Palestinian tourism establishments in the Gaza Strip, where the percentage did not exceed 5%.
2- The interpersonal communication counted as one of the elements of integra
The research aims to clarify the role that psychological ownership, through its dimensions, plays in deterring the effects of toxic leadership, through its dimensions, in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals. The research started with a basic problem represented by the following question: "Using psychological ownership and its application in deterring the negative effects of toxic leadership." The research used the descriptive-analytical method. The sample was randomly selected from workers in some selected companies affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in Baghdad, and the sample size reached 124 individuals. One of the most important results is that there is an effect of the psychological ownership variable, based on the

The Inductively coupled plasma-Mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was used for the water chemistry analysis and Scanning Electron Microprobe (SEM) for the purpose of mineralogy diagnosis. A weak acidic water of salinity six-time greater than seawater plays a role in generating the formation pressure and controlling the fluid flow. The potentiometric subsurface maps were modeled and the direction of super-pressure sites that are of a great importance in the oil exploration were marked to pay attention during future drilling.
