تحضير وتشخيص ودراسة نظرية وتجريبية لتثبيط تأكل سبيكة الفا- براص في ماء البحر ‏بفعل مثبط تأكل جديد مشتق من 2-امينوبينزوثايوزول

يهدف البحث إلى تحضير سلسلة من معقدات العناصر الانتقالية ثنائية التكافؤ(المنغنيز, الكوبلت, النيكل, الخارصين ‏والكادميوم) مع المركب الجديد(‏KL‏) والمشتق من تفاعل ثنائي كبريتيد الكاربون و المركب الوسطي (‏HD‏). شخصت ‏المعقدات ذات الصيغة العامة[‏M(L)2‎‏] بواسطة طيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي البروتوني والكربوني للمركب الجديد ‏وقياسات الأشعة تحت الحمراء والطيف الإلكتروني ودرجات الانصهار و التوصيلية المولارية و تحليل العناصر ‏‎.C. H‏ ‏‎.N‏ ‏S‏ والنسبة المئوية للفلز ‏M‏ في المعقدات والحساسية المغناطيسية والدراسة الحرارية للمركب (‏KL‏) وبعض المعقدات. ‏استنادا إلى النتائج المعطاه للدراسات المذكورة فقد تم اقتراح الشكل رباعي السطوح للمعقدات المحضرة من خلال ارتباط ‏ذرات الكبريت لمجموعة الثايول في المركب (‏KL‏) مع الأيونات الفلزية وكذلك تمت دراسة الفاعلية الحيوية للمركب المشتق ‏ومعقداته ضد نوعين من البكتريا السالبة (‏Escherichia coli‏) والموجبة (‏Staphylococcus aurous‏) بتقنية الانتشار ‏كما تم استخدام المركب المحضر (‏KL‏) كمثبط لتأكل سبيكة الفا-براص في محلول ملحي لكلورید الصودیوم بتركیز 0.6 ‏مول. دسم-3 لثلاث قيم من الدوال الحامضية (2،4, 7) في ثلاث درجات حرارية مختلفة تراوحت (288-308) مطلقة ‏وبتركيز مقداره 3-10مول.دسم3- لمركب (‏KL‏) باستعمال تقنية المجھاد الساكن وتم التعبير عن النتائج من خلال تسجيل قیم ‏تيار التآكل (‏icorr‏) حيث اوضحت النتائج ان المركب قام بعمل التثبيط لتأكل سبيكة الفا- براص عند قيمتي الدالة الحامضية ‏‏7,4 وكما تم حساب كفاءة التأكل ‏P%‎‏ اضافة الى الثوابت الثرموديناميكية لعملية التثبيط‏

Reliability and Failure Probability Functions of the m-Consecutive-k-out-of-n: F Linear and Circular Systems

The m-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F linear and circular system consists of n sequentially connected components; the components are ordered on a line or a circle; it fails if there are at least m non-overlapping runs of consecutive-k failed components. This paper proposes the reliability and failure probability functions for both linearly and circularly m-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems. More precisely, the failure states of the system components are separated into two collections (the working and the failure collections); where each one is defined as a collection of finite mutual disjoint classes of the system states. Illustrative example is provided.

Qualitative and Quantitative Evaluation of Active Constituents in Callus of Lavandula angustifolia plant in Vitro

This study was conducted to describe a protocol for the callus establishing culture of Lavandula angustifolia plant and estimating their content of volatile oil. The quantity of volatile oil callus tissues was compared with that of leaves production. Callus was induced from leaf explants on Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) supplemented with Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and Benzyl adenine (BA) in different concentrations. Maximum callus fresh weight was obtained in the combination of 10 mg/L BA and 3 mg/L NAA which reached 18 g after four weeks. Extraction of Monocyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons From Petroleum Products Using Sulfolane as Industrial Solvent

            Liquid – liquid equilibria data were measured at 293.15 K for the pseudo ternary system (sulfolane + alkanol) + octane + toluene. It is observed that the selectivity of pure sulfolane increases with cosolvent methanol but decreases with increasing the chain length of hydrocarbon in 1-alkanol. The nonrandom two liquid (NRTL) model, UNIQUAC model and UNIFAC model were used to correlate the experimental data and to predict the phase composition of the systems studied. The calculation based on NRTL model gave a good representation of the experimental tie-line data for all systems studied. The agreement between the correlated and the experimental results was very good

Fabrication of Electrospun Nanofibers Membrane for Emulsified Oil Removal from Oily Wastewater
