ملخّص البحث     

فهذا ما يسّـر الله لي من بحث مسألة ما يدخل في عموم لفظه وما لا يدخل، والأصل أن كل ما ينطبق عليه العام لغة فهو داخل فيه، مشمول بحكمه، لكن وجد علماء أصول الفقه أن بعض ما ينطبق عليه اللفظ لغة غير مقصود في النصوص الشرعية (الكتاب والسنة)، فالمملوك المسلم ينطبق عليه لفظ (المؤمنون)، و(الذين آمنوا) لكنه غير مقصود في بعض الأحكام كالجهاد وصلاة الجمعة .

World War II has brought suffering for all people; it has led people to have a nostalgic feeling. The war has many faces all of them are ugly, like death, separation, loneliness, violence, crime, betrayal, and disconnection and many other meanings. Michael Ondaatje in his novel The English Patient (1992) portrays a picture of the effect of World War II on four different characters; Hana a Canadian nurse, The English patient who is Hungarian, Caravaggio a Canadian-Italitan thief, and Kip an Indian sapper. Finding Masculinity in the "Great War": An Analytical Study of A Long Long Way by Sebastian Barry Abstract This paper intends to show the relation between war and masculinity, through drawing a sketch of the masculine identity of the soldiers during the First World War (also known as the Great War). It studies the association between “ideal manhood” and wartime duties. In this research been to use some of the semi-parametric methods the based on the different function penalty as well as the methods proposed by the researcher  because these methods work to estimate and variable selection of significant at once for single index model including (SCAD-NPLS method , the first proposal SCAD-MAVE method , the second proposal  ALASSO-MAVE method ) .As it has been using a method simulation time to compare between the semi-parametric estimation method studied , and various simulation experiments to identify the best method based on the comparison criteria (mean squares error(MSE) and average  mean squares error (AMSE)).
