In this research we prepared PbS thin films with vacuum thermo evaporation process and  chemical spray pyrolysis.         Structure properties were studied for PbS thin films through (XRD) measurement. Therefore, the accuracy of estimating the parameters of the model depends on the validity of these hypotheses.
