In our current era, women need to practice sports activities in order to compensate for the lack of movement. The development of life and the introduction of technology in all fields contributed to reducing body movements to the maximum. Many movements were also shortened, and some parts of the body became almost static. All machines became available in homes. Necessary to help women clean and cook. The presence of transportation also restricted women, so the walking sport that women used to practice when they went shopping in nearby places or to visit friends disappeared. As a result, many health problems emerged, prompting some developed countries to allocate financial aid with the help of insurance companies to these patients.The research aims to identify the reality of women’s sports in Basra Governorate. Identifying the causes of decline and identifying methods to improve them.The research hypotheses are that there are reasons and factors for the decline in women’s sports in Basra. There are methods to advance women's sports in Basra, and the sample is the heads of sports clubs and institutions and the coaches and players of women's sports teams in Basra, and the temporal domain is April 9, 2002. Methodology: A descriptive and analytical study was conducted from 1st of November 2013 and up to the 19 th of August 2014 in five typical primary health care centers at Kirkuk City. A Probability (randomly sample) was used to select the sample of 180 women aged (15-44) years. A questionnaire format was used as a tool for data collection , content validity of the questionnaire achieved through reviewing it by (24) experts in numerous scientific fields and reliability of the questionnaire was determined through a pilot study. It accounts for the semantic roles of conjunctive adverbials, forms in which they are used, their positions within a sentence, and their frequency of occurrence in different registers with special reference to academic prose.
