In our current era, women need to practice sports activities in order to compensate for the lack of movement. The development of life and the introduction of technology in all fields contributed to reducing body movements to the maximum. Many movements were also shortened, and some parts of the body became almost static. All machines became available in homes. Necessary to help women clean and cook. The presence of transportation also restricted women, so the walking sport that women used to practice when they went shopping in nearby places or to visit friends disappeared. As a result, many health problems emerged, prompting some developed countries to allocate financial aid with the help of insurance companies to these patients.The research aims to identify the reality of women’s sports in Basra Governorate. Identifying the causes of decline and identifying methods to improve them.The research hypotheses are that there are reasons and factors for the decline in women’s sports in Basra. There are methods to advance women's sports in Basra, and the sample is the heads of sports clubs and institutions and the coaches and players of women's sports teams in Basra, and the temporal domain is April 9, 2002. The spatial domain is buildings under study.(3) questionnaire forms were created to clarify the reality of women’s sports in Basra (31) questions for heads of sports clubs and institutions.The other is for female coaches and contains (21) questions, and the form for female players contains (29) questions.The two researchers recommendedIt is necessary for the Iraqi National Olympic Committee to pay attention to sports culture among feminism in particular, with field follow-up of the activities of women’s sports teams. Providing private, out-of-sight gyms and playgrounds so that female players can enjoy their freedom when practicing sports. Providing sports equipment for each game, providing means of transportation to transport the players to and from their homes after the end of training, and having the female staff carry out the training process instead of the men. This study was performd on 50 serum specimens of patients with type 2 diabetes, in addition, 50 normal specimens were investigated as control group. The activity rate of LAP in patients (560.46 10.504) I.U/L and activity rate of LAP in healthy(10.58 4.39)I.U/L.The results of the study reveal that Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activity of type 2 diabetes patient s serum shows a high signifiacant increase (p < 0.001) compare to healthy subjects. The current paper was designed to find the possible synergic effect of EBV infection with the HPV-16 in Iraqi women suffering from cervical carcinoma. This retrospective study involved paraffinized blocks of two groups. The research included 30 carcinomatous cervical tissues and 15 samples from normal cervical biopsies. After sectioning using positively charged slides, immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed to detect anti-Epstein Barr Virus LMP1 and Human papillomavirus type 16 primary antibodies. To determine the importance of high levels of prolactin in triggering rheumatoid arthritis, thirty patient's women with hyperprolactinemia aged (20-45) years old have been investigated and compared with twenty five healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure the concentration of citrulinated peptide(CCP) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA), antikeratin antibodies (AKA)and antinuclear antibodies(ANA) by indirect fluorescent assay IFAT.
