The present study was conducted to determined the action of several levels of cytokinis (N6-benzyladenine (BA),  6-furfurylaminopurine (kinetin), N6-(∆-isopentyladenine) (2,ip) on buds proliferation of Phoenix dactylifera L..3 ml explants of the heart of 3 years old offshoot were cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium (1962) containing 3 mg/L activated charcoal, 10 mg/L Naphthalene acetic acid  proposed by (1) as a control. Other explants were cultured on this medium supplemented with 0.1, 0.5, 1 mg/L BA. 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 mg/L Kinetin. 0.1, 0.5, 1 mg/L 2,ip. Best number of buds proliferated has occurred on control medium containing 3 mg/L. 2ip.

This study was done to clarify the effects of PGF2a on thymocytes in rat thymus gland, and the possibility of minimizing its effects by using fenugreek extract. The results have shown that PGF2a can cause a considerable degenerative changes in thymocytes. On the other hand,the fenugreek extract enhances the thymocyte proliferation and at least minimizes the effects of PGF2a on thymocytes.

The study aims to identify the metamemory and perceptual speed among College students, the correlation between metamemory and perceptual speed among College students, and to which extend does metamemory contribute to perceptual speed among College students. Ground state energies and other properties of 2S shell for some atoms as Be(Z=4), B(Z=5), C(Z=6) and N(Z=7) were calculated by using Hartree-Fock wave function. We found the values of potential energies in hartree unit (3.8369, 6.78565, 10.18852 and 14.41089) respectively and the other proprieties like expectation values of the position < r₁^m >  were in agreement with the published results.
