Lower limb Rehabilitation Robots (LLRRs) assist in therapeutic tasks that involve gait recovery and joint mobility recovery of the lower limbs, in patients recovering from neurologic injuries such as stroke as well as spinal cord injury. LLRRs can sometimes be driven by preprogrammed trajectories or Inverse Kinematics (IK) trajectories, which bring increased computational demand and command supported interaction. An exact estimators method which is the Moment method, compared with other approximate estimators obtained essentially from White approach such as: OLS, Ridge, and Adjusted Ridge as a suggested one to be applied with this distribution. Four different spectrophotometric methods are used in this study for the determination of Sulfamethoxazole and sulfanilamide drugs in pharmaceutical compounds, synthetic samples, and in their pure forms. The work comprises four chapters which are shown in the following: Chapter One: Includes a brief for Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-VIS) Absorption spectroscopy, antibacterial drugs and sulfonamides with some methods for their determination. The chapter lists two methods for optimization; univariate method and multivariate method. The later includes different types, two of these were mentioned; simplex method and design of experiment method.
