Lasmiditan (LAS) was formulated as a nanoemulsion based in situ gel (NEIG)with the aim of improving its oral bioavailability via application intranasally. The solubility of LAS in oils, emulsifiers, and co-emulsifiers was determined to identify nanoemulsion (NE)components. Phase diagrams were constructed to identify the area of nanoemulsification. This study aims to isolate the pathogenic yeasts from genital tract and investigate their relationship with the age .The results clarified that the most pathogenic yeast isolated from genital tract was Candida albicans , also the results of C.albicanas isolates susceptibility test, to different antifungal revealed that they were sensitive to Miconazole, Ketoconazole and Clotrimazol and were resistant to Nystatin and Grisofulvin. The study of relationship of vaginal infection with the age showed that the incidence of infection with Candida was high among females age group (19-39 years).

In this research PbS thin film have been prepared by chemical bath deposition technique (CBD).The PbS film with thickness of (1-1.5)μm was thermally treated at temperature of 100°C for 4 hours. Some Structural characteristics was studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD)and optical microscope photograph some of chemical gas sensing measurements were carried out ,it shown that the sensitivity of (CO2) gas depend on the grain Size and deposition substrate. The grain size of PbS film deposited on on glass closed to 21.4 nm while 37.97nm for Si substrate. The result of current-voltage characterization shwon the sensitivity of prepared film deposited on Si better than film on glass.

The magnetic levitation system model is considered uncertain, which subjected to the uncertainty in system parameters, also it is open-loop unstable and strongly nonlinear. The proposed variable structure control to magnetic levitation system is proved, and the area of attraction is determined. Additionally, the chattering, which induced due to the discontinuity in control law, is attenuated by using a non-smooth approximate.
