Stalling chromophore synthesis of the fluorescent protein Venus reveals the molecular basis of the final oxidation step

Fluorescent proteins (FPs) have revolutionised the life sciences, but the chromophore maturation mechanism is still not fully understood. Here we photochemically trap maturation at a crucial stage and structurally characterise the intermediate.

The legal basis for international cooperation in suppressing the crime of financing terrorism

The international society  feels the need to  the  placement of  means and  legal measures  and procedures  to fight the terrorism- financing crime   ,  thus  the UN  has issued  the international convention to fight  the financing of terrorism  for the year 1999 and a number of resolutions  undertaking to control  the terrorism funders  in the world,  specially the resolution  1373 for the year  2001  and followed by a number of states . The countries    have placed  legislations  suited with  the conditions of every state,  but all of these countries  agree  to confront  t

The Legal Basis for Negotiations in International Armed Conflicts

Negotiations are among the best means that countries use to achieve their various objectives in foreign policy, precisely because of the high degree of influence that this tool exerts in this field, and the extent of its link with other peaceful diplomatic means.

On the other hand, negotiations represent the best way to move away from the option of war or perhaps settle it. This is mainly related to the efforts of states to employ this method as a method for dealings among themselves, and thus negotiations represent a supreme value that is indispensable for states, as they represent a clear and universally accepted method of work related to the maintenance of peace and security International as a culture in the relations of state

On the Grobner Basis of the Toric Ideal for 3 X n- Contingency Tables

In this paper, The Grobner basis of the Toric Ideal for - contingency tables related with the Markov basis B introduced by Hussein S. MH, Abdulrahman H. M in 2018 is found. Also, the Grobner basis is a reduced and universal Grobner basis are shown.

Synthesis and Characterization Graphene- Carbon Nitride Nanostructure in One Step

Graphene-carbon nitride can be synthesized from thiourea in a single step at a temperature of four hours at a rate of 2.3 ℃/min. Graphene-carbon nitride was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), scanning electron microscopy, and spectrophotometry (UV-VIS). Graphene-carbon nitride was found to consist of triazine and heptazine structures, carbon, and nitrogen. The weight percentage of carbon and the atomic percentage of carbon are 40.08%, and the weight percentage of nitrogen and the atomic percentage of nitrogen are 40.08%. Therefore, the ratio and the dimensions of the graphene-carbon nitride were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, and it was found that the

Polyaniline Nano Films Synthesis in One Step via Chemical Oxidative Polymerization

Polyaniline films were successfully synthesized in this study using an oxidative polymerization method at temperatures ranging from 0 to 4 ° C. Polyaniline films were deposited using a single step of chemical oxidative polymerization rather than electrochemical polymerization. The polyaniline was examined using FTIR, XRD, SEM, AFM, and Four Point Probe. This result demonstrates that polyaniline synthesized using this method has a uniform morphology, small size (17 to 40) nm, high crystallinity, and high conductivity (9.42 s/cm).

An Analytical Study of the Convergence and Stability of the New Four-Step Iterative Schemes

Based on the needs of the scientific community, researchers tended to find new iterative schemes or develop previous iterative schemes that would help researchers reach the fixed point with fewer steps and with stability, will be define in this paper the multi_implicit four-step iterative (MIFSI) which is development to four-step implicit fixed point iterative, to develop the aforementioned iterative scheme, we will use a finite set of projective functions ,nonexpansive function and finite set from a new functions called generalized quasi like contractive which is an amalgamation of quasi contractive function and contractive like function , by the last function and a set of sequential organized steps, we will be able to prove the existen

On the Use of the First-Person Pronoun ‘we’ in Final-Year Master Projects of South Algerian EFL Students

Literature on the use of the first-person pronoun in abstracts and conclusion sections of final-year projects is limited. In case of Algerian Master students, it is too scant. The present paper aims at filling this gap through a study concerned with students’ and engagement in their final projects (memoirs). This quantitative study examines the use of “we” and its various types, “our- us-I, my, the researcher” in memoirs chosen at random from the d-space portal of the University of Adrar, southern Algeria. Sixty-five papers, submitted in the fields of Linguistics or didactics between 2015 and 2020 and representing nearly half of the whole memoirs’ depository at the library’s d-space, constituted the corpus of study. The des

Application of Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method

The paper aims is to solve the problem of choosing the appropriate project from several service projects for the Iraqi Martyrs Foundation or arrange them according to the preference within the targeted criteria. this is done by using Multi-Criteria Decision Method (MCDM), which is the method of Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratios Analysis (MOORA) to measure the composite score of performance that each alternative gets and the maximum benefit accruing to the beneficiary and according to the criteria and weights that are calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The most important findings of the research and relying on expert opinion are to choose the second project as the best alternative and make an arrangement acco
