,p) of 2-p eriodic bounded measurable functions (f L) in terms of
suitable Peetre K-functional [4].

In this study negative result of real-time reverse transcription-QPCR (RT-PCR) assay
tests of Influenza virus of nasal screetion and throat swap samples of Iraqi patients
hospitalized with signs and symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection in Central
Republic Health Laboratory in Iraq were tested for Respiratory Syncytial Virus
infection by RT PCR .Positive samples was 4 out 0f 20 were used .Viral isolation was
done on a monolayer of 70-80% confluent Human Lung Carcinoma Cells (A549) cell
line and incubated at 33ºC for 4 days .Syncytia was observed in 3 positive samples.

The fingerprinting DNA method which depends on the unique pattern in this study was employed to detect the hydatid cyst of Echinococcus granulosus and to determine the genetic variation among their strains in different intermediate hosts (cows and sheep).  The unique pattern represents the number of amplified bands and their molecular weights with specialized sequences to one sample which different from the other samples.   Five hydatitd cysts samples  from cows and sheep were  collected, genetic analysis for  isolated DNA was done using PCR technique and  Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA reaction(RAPD) depending on (4) random primers, and the results showed:      

Genistein (GEN) is The major isoflavone found in soybeans, has a number of cardiovascular health benefits, Postmenopausal syndrome and osteoporosis. A direct flow injection analysis method for estimation of (GEN) in pure and supplements formulation . This system is based on diazotization coupling reactions between procaine penciline (PR) and genistein in basic medium, they formed yellow dyes have maximum absorption at 416 nm. Calibration curve were constructed over different GEN concentrations, linearity for GEN was 10-100 µg.mL-1 and detection limits of 1.51 ?g/mL. Susceptibility to the pandemic coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has recently been associated with ABO blood groups in patients of different ethnicities. This study sought to understand the genetic association of this polymorphic system with risk of disease in Iraqi patients. Two outcomes of COVID-19, recovery and death, were also explored. ABO blood groups were determined in 300 hospitalized COVID-19 Iraqi patients (159 under therapy, 104 recovered, and 37 deceased) and 595 healthy blood donors.
