Image recognition is one of the most important applications of information processing, in this paper; a comparison between 3-level techniques based image recognition has been achieved, using discrete wavelet (DWT) and stationary wavelet transforms (SWT), stationary-stationary-stationary (sss), stationary-stationary-wavelet (ssw), stationary-wavelet-stationary (sws), stationary-wavelet-wavelet (sww), wavelet-stationary- stationary (wss), wavelet-stationary-wavelet (wsw), wavelet-wavelet-stationary (wws) and wavelet-wavelet-wavelet (www). A comparison between these techniques has been implemented. according to the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), root mean square error (RMSE), compression ratio (CR) and the coding noise e (n) of each third level. The two techniques that have the best results which are (sww and www) are chosen, then image recognition is applied to these two techniques using Euclidean distance and Manhattan distance and a comparison between them has been implemented., it is concluded that, sww technique is better than www technique in image recognition because it has a higher match performance (100%) for Euclidean distance and Manhattan distance than that in www..

Stability and performance studies of emulsion liquid membrane on pesticides removal using mixture of Fe3O4Â nanoparticles and span80

The current study investigated the impact of nonionic surfactant span 80 in the existence of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles on the emulsification of mixture of kerosene as petroleum based organic solvents and corn oil as a green diluent in the ratio 1:1

The first research question is to identify the factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance. A systematic literature review was conducted to answer the first research question. The second research question is on what the rank of the factor affecting the global virtual teams’ performance according to their level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. Online survey was conducted within 103 developers and IT managers from eight IT companies to answer the second research question. The effect of ground motion characteristics on the fragility analysis of reinforced concrete frame buildings in Australia

The seismic performance of buildings can be assessed through fragility analysis as it yields the probability of the demand exceeding the capacity at a specified level of intensity. Although it's well-identified that earthquake uncertainties dominate the fragility characteristics

the influence of the characteristics of the earthquake on the fragility analysis is not well investigated. This study aims to compare the effect of earthquake characteristics on the fragility values of typical buildings in Australia. To achieve this

a typical reinforced concrete building is selected and modeled using a finite element approach. Various ground motion suites

and the fragility analysis has been carried out for each ground motion suite. It is observed that the variation in the median values of the collapse fragilities can be as high as 48% between short-duration and long-duration ground motions

Change detection of the land cover for three decades using remote sensing data and geographic information system

The changes in the land cover using geographical information systems and remote sensing techniques for the period (1990 - 2019) for part of the Baghdad governorate in central Iraq are detected and monitored. In this research

four satellite scenes with different sensors were used the TM

ETM+

and OLI

which were obtained by Landsat-5

Landsat-7 and Landsat-8 satellites

respectively. Maximum likelihood method supervised classification is adopted as the main classifier to distinguish different land cover types in the study region. The results showed that there are ten different classes in the values of their reflectance. This study proved that any landcover of the earth’s surface can be studied and determined by its spectral characteristics. The change for each class of the land cover for the study area was determined within the study period. The results of the study confirmed the possibility of identifying the types of land cover and finding the percentage of changes that occur in it and detecting it with high efficiency using the remote sensing technique.

The latter is very important as a standard compass to investigate the purposes of the movement monetary policy in the economy. The public and businesses were given monetary policy signals by those tools. In fiscal policy

there are specific techniques to follow to do the spending and collection of revenue. This is done in order to actualize the adopted goals by the state and the relative closeness between monetary policy and fiscal policy objectives that requires relationship between two policies. Also

in order to achieve the goal of stability and promote economic growth within the tax multiplier. Multiplier of government spending is aiming at the goal of stability automatically and the allocation or distribution of economic stability through a basic introduction of the aim and objective of allocating resources to the required fields. the objectives of the fiscal policy can be brought up spontaneously with the provisions of side and control effects which are in consonant with the outcome received in terms of economic cycle. INFLUENCE OF SOME FACTOR ON SOMATIC EMBRYOS INDUCTION AND GERMINATION OF DATE PALM CV BARHI BY USING CELL SUSPENSION CULTURE TECHNIQUE

This study was done to examine different concentrations of mercuric chloride (Hgcl2) for Explants sterilization and different concentration of NAA) mg/L with 2iP for their effect on initiation primary callus and subsequent embryogenesis in Phoenix dactyliferae cultivar Barhi. Leaf primordial and shoot tips were excised from 2-3 years old offshoot. The result showed that contamination percentage decreased with an increase in concentration of Hgcl2 for two explants where in the control (0.0)% gave highest value 75% and 62.5% of contamination for leaf primordial and shoot tip respectively while the addition (0.1)% gave a significant decrease 37.5 and 0% for explants respectively. The Explants were inoculated onto Murashiege and Skoog

1962 (MS) medium supplemented with 2iP 3mg/L and containing 0

Inoculated 1g fresh biomass into a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask containing 50 ml MS liquid medium supplemented with NAA 20mg/L and agitated at 150 rpm by shaker to making suspension culture the measurements of packed cell volume ( pcv) or fresh and dry weight taken weekly for 12 weeks
