تمتاز التعابير الحربية والعسكرية بعدة ملامح تميزها عن غيرها وتشكل بعض الصعوبات اثناء ترجمتها وذلك لاحتوائها على الرموز والمختصرات اللغوية وتدخل فيها الاصلاحات والعبارات الدارجة بين الجنود. في هذه الدراسة المختصرة حللنا وبينا أبرز تلك التعابير في اللغة الاسبانية وكيفية ترجمتها ترجمة دقيقة الى اللغة العربية. ان الهدف الاساس لهذه الدراسة هو تحليل بعض التعابير الحربية والعسكرية وذلك لأهمية معرفتها. تبين محاور العمل مفهوم اللغة العسكرية-الحربية ومستلزمات المترجم في هذا الميدان والصعوبات التي تواجه في ترجمة تلك التعابير. حللنا (35) مصطلح وتعبير عسكري – حربي من الاسبانية الى العربية واعتمدنا على قواميس عسكرية (اسباني – اسباني) مثل القاموس العسكري الاستراتيجي والسياسي (1981) وكذلك قاموس الاكاديمية الملكية الاسبانية . ووضحنا كيفية استخدام هذه التعابير الحربية في لغة رياضة كرة القدم وبينا كذلك (17) مصطلح عسكري – حربي مع امثلة استخرجناها من صحف رياضية اسبانية: صحيفة (ماركا) وصحيفة (الموندو) وصحيفة (ال أس) وترجمناها الى اللغة العربية. وأدرجنا ملحق لمسرد مختصر (اسباني- عربي) يضم أبرز (50) مصطلح عسكري وحربي.
