Objective of the study was to rate and analyze the physical fitness of female students from Iraq and Russia to find similarities, differences and regularities. Sampled for the study were 44 female non-sporting students: 20 students from Pedagogical University in Bagdad; and 24 students from Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism in Moscow. The study was designed to obtain the joints flexibility, coordination, speed-strength and static endurance rates. This research was conduct to evaluate the cytotoxic effect of exotoxin A (ETA) produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa on mice in comparison with (phosphate buffer saline (PBS) as a negative control. The effect of the toxin was measured by employing the cytogenetic analysis which included (the mitotic index (MI), chromosomal aberrations (CAs), micronucleus (MN) and sperm abnormalities) parameters. The research aimed at designing teaching sessions using the self-scheduling strategy with a competitive style in learning handball as well as identifying differences between pre and post tests in both groups in learning short and long passes in handball. The researchers used the experimental method on 2nd-grade secondary school students. The researchers concluded using the self-scheduling strategy due to its positive effect on learning short and long handball passes in handball.
