And reduce the phenomenon of tax evasion is working to increase tax revenue and thus reflected positively on economic development. One of the most important conclusions reached by the research show that high tax evasion phenomenon negatively affects economic development projects and thus the loss in state revenue. And the success of the economic development process need to many resources to achieve such as taxes, fees, and revenues of state property, loans, and deficit financing. The most important recommendations reached by the research, the need to give full flexibility to run the Iraqi mechanics of the tax system in terms of increased state revenues in order to achieve economic and social development required. And the need to raise awareness of the tax being one of the fundamental means to combat evasion and the success of the process of economic development, and feeling designate that the contribution to pay the tax contribute to building the economic development process

Objective(s): To assess parents' attitude toward immunization and its relation with their compliance and to find out the relationship between parents' attitude and their socio-demographic characteristics.
Methodology: A descriptive design is conducted from the period of 19th September 2020 to the 6th of March 2021. A non-probability (convenient) sample of (292) parents was selected from (5) primary health care centers in Karbala city. These centers are distributed throughout (2) primary health care sectors selected randomly as (20%) from each sectors. Training and retraining of teachers have become a central issue in Iraq recently especially in-service training of English teachers on the new curricula (Iraq opportunities). English teachers should be objectively evaluated and assessed.
A sample of (40) trained teachers of English is included in the study and a questionnaire is used as the main instrument of the study.
The main findings of the study were the following:
1. The trainees were serious in training on the new course (item 6) the programme helped increase their information (item 4) and motivate them towards better teaching (item 3).
