Education constituted one of the fundamental tools that played a pivotal role in consolidating Japanese values and identity following the Meiji Restoration in 1868. This transformation was marked by the issuance of the Educational System Ordinance in 1872, which aimed primarily at building a modern state capable of defending itself. As political and military developments progressed, education increasingly sought to instill the notion that the individual is an integral part of the state and must be willing to sacrifice for its sake. The Kaishō era witnessed the reinforcement of these principles, with growing emphasis on military training—an element that became central to educational policy following the invasion of Manchuria in 1931. During this period, the concept of "Yoshidō" emerged as a supreme value, and education contributed significantly to shaping a generation imbued with military ideals and prepared for combat and sacrifice. This educational orientation paved the way for Japan’s expansionist military campaigns up to 1945. This chapter highlights the most significant transformations that education helped establish, particularly in embedding these national and militaristic values. ([1]) Since the beginning of this era, it has focused on four main axes, namely the enrichment of the country, the strengthening of the military, the development of industry, and the enlightenment of society. There is no doubt that these policies can only be achieved through the educational policy, which was one of the most important things that were affected by these changes. The Meiji government in 1868 began the process of change and modernization, and this was manifested in the imperial charter issued on April 6, 1868, which included relying on modern scientific methods and avoiding the old methods, and the government relied on the Western model in the modernization process and how it adapted to the Japanese situation, as for the primary school system, it was influenced by the American system, while the administrative structure and middle schools were influenced by the French system, while higher education was influenced by the Prussian model, so these models played a great role in the process of modernization and the use of the latest means in the The education process was all thanks to government support for education([1]).
Background:-Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of arthritis and the leading source of physical disability in elderly people. The Prevalence of OA is increasing and will continue to do so as the population gets older. The OA is predominantly managed in primary care centers by primary health care physicians and much can be done to alleviate symptoms from osteoarthritis by combinations of therapeutic options including pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
Objectives of study :- To assess the knowledge, attitude and practice of Iraqi PHCC physicians in Baghdad, AL-Rusafa, regarding the management of osteoarthritis patient, and it's association with sociodemogra

Anaerobic digestion process of organic materials is biochemical decomposition process done by two types of digestion bacteria in the absence of oxygen resulting in the biogas production, which is produced as a waste product of digestion. The first type of bacteria is known as acidogenic which converts organic waste to fatty acids. The second type of bacteria is called methane creators or methanogenic which transforms the fatty acids to biogas (CH4 and CO2). The considerable amounts of biodegradable constitutes such as carbohydrates, lipids and proteins present in the microalgae biomass make it a suitable substrate for the anaerobic digestion or even c

A three-dimensional CFD model was established to solve the governing equations of coupled systems for porous and non-porous domains. The two-energy-equations model was implemented to simulate heat transfer in porous media. The mathematical model was validated with numerical and experimental tests, with maximum mean absolute percentage error of 5% and 7%, respectively. To compromise heat transfer improvement with pressure losses, a partial metal foam insertion was adopted, covering 10% to 25% of the air duct volume. The findings indicate

The effects of ZnO incorporation and Au nanoparticle modification on the films' structural, optical, and antibacterial properties were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV–Vis spectroscopy, and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). XRD analysis confirms the formation of polycrystalline anatase TiO2 and shows a composition-dependent structural development with increasing ZnO concentration. The optical experiments revealed increased transmittance and a progressive widening of the optical band gap from 3

Resveratrol and Baicalein are well known poly-phenolic compounds that belong to stilbene and flavone subclasses, respectively.
This study aims to investigate the possible enhancement effect of resveratrol and Baicalein when combined with doxorubicin using a different combination ratio and applied on two cancer cell lines: HCT116 (colorectal cancer cells) and HepG2 (hepatocellular cancer cells). It also investigates the possibility of such natural compounds to p
